Awesome Day Sailing The Whitsundays - One of the best single days I’ve had in a while. From start to finish I was enjoying myself on Tongarra. Whether I wanted to chill, go snorkeling, explore Langford sandbar or go for a ride on the banana boat I had the freedom to do so! Plus the crew was amazing shoutout to Jackie and Nick for Taking care of us all day. Also, the lunch and supplementary food provided was fantastic :)

A super-relaxing day on the water - I can't recommend this tour highly enough. It was super-relaxed, and great to get some sailing in. Both Nick and Jasmine were friendly and fun. We felt safe with their expertise (even after the weather turned), and they were patient with beginner snorkellers. A brilliant way to end our holiday in The Whitsundays.

Best in Airlie. - Read the reviews, made a choice between all the options in Airlie and believe we picked the best one. Safe, comfortable, beautiful snorkel sites, yummy lunch and super helpful crew. Thank you Reece and team. Special shout out to Riley!!

Great crew but the rest could be better - The crew were excellent. The boat a bit dated but fine for the purpose. The snorkelling was disappoint as the reef around the island was not very attractive. Is there another destination possible?

A long long ride on a sailboat - It is a catamaran that can fit quite a few people on it not comfortably..kind of bean bag chairs but not enough to go around and you are on the boat for about 6 hours. we, unfortunately, had a pretty rough day of seas. The snorkeling was just about a half hour. Rough dingy ride to sand spit and small island. Food was OK. Crew friendly. Front desk person was amazing.

Tongarra review - The downfall of this trip is sadly the boat. It's aged which isn't too much of a problem however the amenities are sub standard and really not up for catering to the volume of people using them. The light didn't work in the tiny toilet cabin so it was pitch dark. The floor in the galley was wet, like sopping wet from the start of the day. The galley is another small area where food is served and minimal space for anyone to grab their food and navigate out around everyone else. The cruise out was great as well as the snorkelling just prepare yourself for very long sail home. Food ok nothing to write home about. Staff held it all together because I'm sure they are faced with a lot more challenges being on this boat and trying to ensure guests enjoy themselves. All in all I think there's better choices of boats than Tongarra, sadly I think it's time for the old girl to retire.
