The replies to my confirmations were very fast, and I was able to rely on them by setting the pick-up and drop-off time at a time when I would definitely not be late. Also, the driver always arrived on time on the day of the trip, so I would like to hire him again if I have another chance.

Excellent service - We were greeted on arrival and picked up on time for return to airport. So they were on time every time.

Easy transfer, reasonable priced - Easy transfer, reasonable priced. Arrived at time indicated, not sure why picked up 2.5 hrs before flight though since airport is very small.

Transfer from Airport to Resort - The service was good despite the fact that we had to wait for the driver and a little bit more for 2 more passengers to be on the same van as us. Driver was friendly and informative, feeding us with information about Vanuatu on the way to our resort. Highly recommended.

A surprise sharing of transfer - We had a 4.30 am transfer and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived at reception. The reason I would ok’d not recommend it is because we stopped to pick up another passenger. We were made the airport in time but we expected to be there 10 mins earlier. What bothered me most about it is that there was no communication about sharing the rude. I expected it to be a private transfer as upon arrival to Vanuatu. We still paid the same money and I could have booked a taxi for less money and it would have been more private.
