Great trip! Very patient! - Great service and although the airport arrivals are always hectic, I appreciated their patiences in all of our group grabbing our luggage, de-boarding and going to the designated spot~ this took longer than we expected, but they stayed and waited for us~ they also offered a quick spot on the way to grab some quick supplies~ we absolutely tipped. Thanks!

Excellent service - Very punctual and responsible, I booked roundtrip service from Cancun airport to hotel. They were constantly watching on WhatsApp and were very punctual, I recommend them.

Excellent service - Used Caribbean transfers twice , both from the airport to hotel and then from another hotel back to the airport . Friendly helpful staff who communicate brilliantly with you on what app . Reliable and would highly recommend , particularly Mr Joel Gonalez who dropped us off yesterday ! Spoke fluent English as loved in States which is useful . Nice man and company overall .

Enjoyable ride - Our driver went above and beyond. He made the trip very enjoyable. He pointed out things to do and see and made us feel very comfortable

Good with safety issue but maybe a one-off? - The trip from the airport to the hotel was a little dicey- it was an older van with broken/un-useable seatbelts. That said the driver was polite and drove safely. The return trip to the airport a few days later was great- a bigger, fully equipped van again with a friendly and safe driver. I'd use them again!

Timely and friendly drivers - Shuttle was on time for pickup and dropoff to airport. The pick up was a little contusing, because my phone does not work outside of US. Was to able to find shuttle thru the chaos of Cancun Airport.

Mixed reviews - The ride from the airport was excellent. Full of conversation and the vehicle was nice suburban . The ride from hotel to airport was bad. It was box van with no air conditioning, and a driver dodged in and out of traffic. Hard braking and whiplash speed ups, and again no air conditioning at 80 degrees.

One mistake after another - would not recommend this company to other travelers - Our experience began very positively - we were contacted the day before by Caribbean Transfers via WhatsApp to confirm our flight arrival information into Cancun and we received several follow-up messages between when we landed and when we exited the airport, including one with a picture of "our" Caribbean Transfers contact person at the spot we were to meet him. From this point on, it all went downhill badly. When we got to the pickup location, our "person" was nowhere to be found, nor was there anyone else from Caribbean Transfers there to meet us. We found a Caribbean Transfers clipboard on the ground so we knew somebody from the company must be nearby. About 10 minutes later, a different Caribbean Transfers person appeared (we never did see the guy who sent us the original photo!) and told us she would now call a car for us, which would take another 10 minutes to arrive. We have never made an airport shuttle reservation and NOT had "our" vehicle waiting for us, so this was really annoying. We rolled with it and the transfer driver did arrive after 10 minutes. The rest of the drive to the hotel was uneventful. Our return trip to the airport was another series of frustrations and near-disasters though. When I booked the reservation, I filled out the form letting Caribbean Transfers know the time our plane was scheduled to depart from Cancun. This is how we have done it with every other airport transfer service we have used. The day before I reached out to ask the time we'd be getting picked up at our hotel, only to find out they had put our pickup time down as the time of our flight's departure! Good thing I was proactively checking on this the day before so we were able to arrange a more appropriate pickup time. The last disaster was the pickup driver. He was outside our hotel on time, but with no sign in the window of his van to indicate either he was with Caribbean Transfers or that we were his pickup party. When I went over to ask him if he was with Caribbean Transfers, he said he was with a different company. I later saw he was wearing a Caribbean Transfers shirt but he had a jacket over it so I did not see the company logo on the shirt at this time. I reached out Caribbean Transfers via WhatsApp and was told the driver was in the lobby of the hotel with a sign with our name on it. Nope. He was just sitting in his vehicle scrolling on his phone, not showing the least interest in trying to find us. Eventually we figured out he was our driver and the trip to the airport was mostly uneventful. He got us to the correct terminal but could not remember that we were traveling on Jetblue despite our telling him so at least 3 times. He kept thinking we were traveling on Sun Country, so he dropped us off at their departures door, which was the last door in the terminal. Jetblue was the first door in the terminal so thanks to this error, we had to then walk all the way back to Jetblue's kiosks. Bottom line - we can forgive one mistake but this was over the top sloppiness pretty much across the board. I cannot recommend this company and will definitely not use them the next time I'm traveling to Cancun.
