When boarding the vehicle:
The driver will arrive at the meeting location with a name board 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If the driver cannot locate you, they will contact you via WhatsApp or text message. Please ensure your smartphone is operational.

Please check for any belongings left in the vehicle, especially your smartphone and purse. If you leave something behind, contact the driver immediately. If you have already departed from Japan, we will send the item to your next destination via cash on delivery (a minimum of two days is required).
