Amazing service! - I highly recommend this service! The car was very clean, smelled well, had air conditioning and we could choose the soundtrack to our trips from the touchscreen. Our driver was very professional, friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed it so much, we booked the driver for two additional days. If you need a car service in Yogyakarta this is the company to hire!

save trip with sympathic driver - In advance of the arrival we were already in touch with the driver. When we arrived we could find us quickly and started the transportation. There was a little walk to the parking area and then we started towards the Hotel. The Driver was relaxed and sympatic. Save trip to the Hotel ! Well done ! One issue to mention: Since the Airport has changed, the Airport is about a 1,5h drive away from Yogyakarta City Centre ( the old one was pretty closer )

Great driver and responsive company - Our driver was super helpful in picking us up at the airport. We didn't initially realize that we needed to go outside the airport to find the driver. He was right outside the door once we looked. AND the company was super responsive to a WhatsApp message asking for help locating him. So glad we had our driver arranged and would call him again if we ever head back to Indonesia.

YIA to Jogja - Excellent, fast service! Our driver waited with a sign outside YIA. He communicated with us on Whatsapp. English was not a strength but that didn't matter to us. Drive in private car was 1.5 hrs to our hotel in Jogja. Highly recommend.

Good - The driver was punctual and was waiting for us at the arrival gate. The car was clean and the drive was good. The only major issue was that the driver did not speak English and since the airport was good 2 hrs away from our hotel, communicating with him was bit of a struggle.

Service needs improvement - Overall, the booking was OK. I got from point A to point B. However, several problems could have been avoided. First, the driver did not speak English (and I also tried two other languages). That led to some confusion making the itinerary slightly longer. Second, it took me a while to find him at the airport. He was at the end of a long row of other drivers and only held the sign with my name up intermittently. He almost seemed ... "shy." When I finally saw him, I was already trying to call the company to ask where the driver was. Third, although I had already paid for the service, the driver thought I needed to pay upon my arrival. Fortunately, I was meeting with a local who could explain the situation to the driver. In sum, not ideal, but 3-star worthy because I got where I was supposed to, even if somewhat later.
