Easy to locate outside the airport and vehicle was already there - Very accommodating and friendly. We were able to add our friends last minute to our transport. With other services, we have had to wait for a vehicle to arrive once we checked in. They already had the vehicle there

Perfect Private Transfer - This was a seamless transfer. Jose texted me the night before with perfect instructions on where to find our private "van" at the airport. This made it easy to contact when we arrived. Our driver, Eric, was right where we were told and had a sign with our name. The van was big (we were 5 with luggage and had extra seating so we weren't all crammed together), clean and had great AC. He helped load the bags and made a safe, quick trip to our hotel. Will definitely call again for next trip.

Los Cabos Airport transfers - When picking up a prearranged ride from this airport, I cannot stress enough, do NOT let anyone distract you from getting outside where the real transfer companies meet you. We made the mistake of getting sent to a desk inside where we became entangled in a "special" deal. Of course, it meant a time share presentation and misled that it was related to our hotel. It wasn't all bad because we wound up with a bottle of tequila, a nice breakfast, and deeply discounted dinner cruise. BUT we did see another resort with a high pressured, but nice, sales guy. We have learned how to say "no" but at the end when the real deals show up. So...head straight out the door into the fresh air! You will still be bombarded but at least someone will help you find your ride. Try to find out which numbered (1-10) spot they are waiting for you. Good luck!

I wouldn't use Viator again! Very Shady company. - Our Driver was EXCELLENT!!! he was very professional and on time. When I arrived at the airport and met the customer service representative, and they immediately started talking about excursions that they could provide a discount to our group. I tried to walk away, and they were very pushy and continued to pressure me to purchase a tour with them to get a discount on excursion through them and we are told not to tell the resort about our interaction with them. They told the group to put a $100 deposit down per person (which I found out they wouldn't refund me unless I did the tour). I felt the representative was very dishonest and pushy I would never recommend this company to anyone based upon this negative experience,
