Great food tour with lunch! - One of the best food tours I’ve taken! Fabulous value as the price includes a full lunch and glass of wine. We really enjoyed it and felt we better experienced Aix en Provence and its local food. Our guide Suzana (sp?) was wonderful and very knowledgeable!

Wonderful day in Aix - Inga was a wonderful host for the day and was especially concerned about our allergies. Inga went out of her way to make sure that we had "safe" food at each stop and that everyone was happy. She engaged with all 4 of us, French and English but did not stay in one language too long. I have been on bilingual tours where I couldn't understand what was being said for long periods of time. She pivoted quickly when one stop was closed and took it upon herself to get the shop open so we could have our food. Very knowledgeable about the food scene in Aix and gave us many recommendations for restaurants we wanted for the rest of our stay. Inga was bubbly, engaging and fun.

Quintessential Provence - As is often the case, the guide makes or breaks the tour and Sophie was fantastic. Aix-En-Provence’s market is not to be missed, and the selection of food plus Sophie’s command of the city’s history made this a 5-star experience.

Sunshine and marchés - We loved our Aix en Provence food tour with Inga yesterday! The group was small which was perfect since we had our baby with us. The meeting point was very easy to find too. It was market day so as we walked around Aix we checked out all the stalls. Our first stop was an artisanal truffle shop, followed by delicious cheese and charcuterie with wine at an épicerie located on a square that was great for people watching. Lunch was on a secret terrace and we finished the tour with patisserie. Inga made the tour relaxed and we didn’t feel rushed so we really enjoyed our day. She talked about Provence and shared her knowledge about Aix. Inga is a chef and embodies the bon vivant lifestyle- we highly recommend booking a tour with her, especially if you are traveling with young kiddos-she is the best!

Excellent tour guide and experience - Inga was an excellent host on our food tour of Aix. She took great care of the group and was informative throughout the tour. We visited different places which included tastings and explanation's, and were given information about various landmarks along the way. We tasted many different things, wine was given too which was great. Overall a great experience and helped orientate us for our time in Aix.

A “Get together” the Provence way! - It was a fabulous experience!!!! The food and wine was wonderful. Inga, our tour guide was so genuine and so much fun! The greatest part was how she made everyone so comfortable that as a group we ended up sharing great stories and having the most enjoyable time!

Experience will depend on the guide you get!!! - We had Inga - all the places we ate at were very good…..her style was chaotic and incoherent - she knew nothing about Provencal cuisine vs the rest of france - she was unfamiliar with Aix restaurants, boulangeries, pattiseries, etc - she just didn’t have any “locals” info - It was all stuff we already knew based in our own research…..the worst part was she talked abt herself, her kids, her divorce, where she was from, her friends, her everything….thank god for the other people in the group with us - we all had a great time with each other - the guide was a complete waste of time and money!!🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
