Review (2024-08-25): Fun Fun Fun - Having not rode a bicycle in a few years Vincent made the experience very enjoyable from the start. The e bikes he had were perfect for this trip as they take all the trouble out of cycling. Vincent is very knowledgeable on the area and you don’t free the few hours passing by. Would highly recommend this cycling experience to anyone with a basic level of fitness. I thought the heat would be a problem as temp was 34 degrees on the day we did it but there is a lovely breeze as you are cycling along. Would definitely do again if I get back to Aix-en-Provence in the future.
Savor the Flavors of Provence
No visit to Aix-en-Provence would be complete without indulging in the region’s renowned wines. On the afternoon of November 2nd, embark on a Wine Tour that takes you through the picturesque vineyards at the base of Sainte-Victoire Mountain. This half-day tour offers an intimate look at the winemaking process, from the vine to the bottle, as you explore family-owned wineries and taste a selection of exquisite wines.
Guided by an English-speaking wine expert, you’ll learn about the unique terroir and grape varieties that define the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire wine region. As you sip on reds full of character, aromatic rosés, and lively whites, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship and passion that goes into each bottle. The tour concludes with a return to Aix-en-Provence, where you can reflect on the day’s adventures and savor the memories of a weekend well spent.
Review (2023-04-02): Perfect timing - Really good experience visiting 2 wineries and beautiful scenery of St. Victoire mountain. Tasting organic wines was totally amazing to learn differences from the wine we drink usually.
