10 out of 10 - Outstanding customer service from the two guides (a chirpy lady from Malaysia, and a young man from Taiwan). Both were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring lots of interaction with the cutest four-footers on earth. Many thanks. 10/10 for our 4pm visit on July 18th 2024.

Great family experience - We took our kids here during the school holidays it was the highlight of their break. The location is stunning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seem to really love what they do. As for the alpacas, INCREDIBLE animals! It was such a treat getting to mingle with them and see their different personalities.

Definitely recommend! - I was sceptical at first because it was quite expensive for our family but it was definitely worth it! Our hosts were very knowledgeable and hospitable. We learnt so much about Alpacas! My 9 and 6 year old boys had an amazing experience touching and feeding the Alpacas (as did we). This was surely one of our highlights of our holiday to Akaroa.

Loved every minute of it! - Lovely team. They’re so passionate about their work. It was a great afternoon with them. Alpacas are super friendly. But more than that, I really enjoyed interacting with the staff - they genuinely love their work and care for the animals. It was a phenomenal experience.

Great tour to learn about Alpacas! - They have 170 alpacas there and it’s a great one hour tour to learn more about the animals! You will get the chance to feed the alpacas as well. They will rush you a bit at the end of the tour, but I will still highly recommend it to everyone!

Snuggling alpacas - This was the best! I took my three kids, and they had an amazing experience! The adults lived out just as much! I would definitely suggest this activity!
