Great sea turtle tour! - Angela and her team were excellent in setting up this tour and executing it! Even though she was out of the country she made sure with regular communication on having it all set up for our morning. Our daughter has been wanting to spot a sea turtle during our many snorkeling trips but this was the first time we actually saw close to 10 of them. So much care was taken in protecting the marine life during our tour. She arranged to transportation from our hotel and the driver was pleasant and we felt secure. We got the photo package offered by the dive shop ( independent of Angela) and were so happy we did. Lifetime of great memories thanks to Angela, Adriana and our snorkel guide Kari. We are a family of varying swim skills and all of us enjoyed the tour! The only tip I would have is make sure you have cash to pay for half of the tour and tips!

10 Star Experience. Thank you Angela - Angela! What a superstar. An absolute diamond of I find. We reached out before our family holiday after stumbling across her website. Seeing all the great things Angela does we figured we would rather have an intimate and knowledgable experience with turtles and sea life rather than the tourist churn. We were not disappointed. Having been picked up at the hotel we then sat under palm trees eating fruit and having an education in the sea life we were about to see and the importance of preserving our oceans. We then had a dive in a group of 5 rather than the crowds and went at our own pace. So amazing was the experience we asked Angela to take us another day to some cenotes. Same again … if I could give 6 stars I would. Two amazing, educational and fun days out. A wonderful lady. PLEASE PLEASE do the same as us to support Angela, her organisation and the ocean! Angela if we meet again, we’ll bring more dairy milk ❤️🙏🥰

Marine Biology and conservation classes with Angela - We are a homeschooling family of 4. We came across information about Marine Biology classes for families run by Angela Warrior. I thought it would be really fun and a great learning experience to incorporate while spending time in Puerto Morelos. My kids had an amazing experience on the days we spent with Angela learning about Marine Biology and Conservation efforts. They had 3 hours each day, dedicated to learning and also personal snorkel experience that incorporated what they were learning with a real life experience. There's no better way to learn that fully immersing yourselves into the environment and experience. Angela was such a wonderful teacher, guide and role model. We will be returning soon for our next learning session with Angela. So excited for the next opportunity.

Bucket list done - Swimming with Turtles - It was an exceptional tour for the whole family! Angela gave us an introduction to the Akumal ecosystem. The fish, turtles and plants we would be seeing. As well as the safety issues regarding the almost zero probability of sharks near the beach, he provided us with equipment (snorkel and vest) and lunch. We were fortunate to observe: 6 turtles, 1 stingray, angelfish, tiger fish and many dory fish. Angela accompanied us all the way explaining the flora and fauna we were observing and was super patient with my 6 year old son. Thanks Angela, we hope to return soon!

Best experience of our trip - Our family of three, including our 8 year old son, really enjoyed our afternoon at Akumal. I would highly recommend the marine biology experience with Angela. Due to weather, we had to reschedule our planned day and she was excellent with communicating and finding another date when we could go. She is punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Angela genuinely cares for the ocean and did such an awesome job of sharing her passion and expertise with our family about the sea turtles and conservation. We saw many sea turtles, rays and fish. This was a perfect experience for us, as we had support to help our son with his first snorkelling experience. Since he got tired about half way through, he enjoyed some fresh juice and snacks provided by Angela. She played with our son on the beach while we continued snorkelling with the great local guide that works with Angela. If you care about the environment, want to support marine life and education and like snorkelling, book this instead of your typical tour.

Wonderful Experience - Angela Warrior has been "Ocean Angel" since we met her through her weekly "We Love the Sea" Marine Biology adult snorkeling events (check these out too!). She is so passionate about all things marine and this rubs off on everyone she meets. We utilized Angela to arrange for our Akumal Turtle experience, and she joined us along with her local partner Kari to assist us in ensuring our turtle swim was the best possible. As usual, Angela educated us on the turtles prior to getting in the water. Once in the water Angela and Kari made sure we did get maximum turtle exposure while still providing us with minimal crowd exposure (it can get busy with other swimmers!). We loved all aspects of this tour, and would recommend Angela and Kari for anyone looking for a Snorkel experience.

Informative and fun! - Angela was a fantastic host for me and my two kiddos. It was their first snorkeling experience, and they had a challenge ahead of them as the winds were pretty strong the day of our adventure. However, Angela assured me they could hold on to a ring for support, and that she'd take them in at any point if they were too tired to continue. Luckily, they were troopers and finished the whole swim. Angela started with a little talk on the beach about sea turtles, and the species of animals we were likely to see. Despite the wind conditions making visibility less than ideal, we saw 6 turtles, 2 stingrays, an eagle ray and lots of fish! It was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend Angela as a guide. She is very informative, kind, and a true steward for our oceans. Happy to support her non-profit. Thank you, Angela!

Much more than your typical snorkeling experience - Our snorkeling tour began under the shade of a coconut tree on the beach with Angela providing an interesting talk on the various species we might encounter. Angela is a marine biologist with years of research experience; is very knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the talk. She is friendly and lively which made our tour lots of fun. She had an assistant snorkeling guide who swam with us, who was usually the first to spot the turtles and stingrays and other species we saw. Her assistant also carried a tow line with a floating ring in case anyone got tired in which case they could be pulled. She used hand gestures under water to signal the various species. This was much more than your typical snorkeling outing and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The best way to see turtles in Akumal! - We had an amazing time on this tour with Angela and Kary! It was important to us to choose a tour that would allow us to see and appreciate the beautiful turtles of Akumal while also respecting their natural habitat. Angela was such a wealth of information, we loved learning about marine life with her, and her passion for education and conservation is contagious. Kary is an incredible guide, and helped us see rays, squid, lots of beautiful fish, and so many turtles! It was absolutely incredible. This tour is a bit pricier than others, but it is absolutely worth it. We saw so many bigger groups when we were out there and they seemed chaotic and hectic - it was fantastic to be able to learn about what we were seeing and go at our own pace, taking as much time as we wanted to appreciate the beautiful creatures. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour, 1000%. My 11-year-old daughter said it was the highlight of her trip and we will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Thank you so much, Angela and Kary!🐢❤️🐢❤️
