We swam with the turtles! - Ceaser salad was a wonderful guide. He helped us find what we signed up for....the turtles! He was a very good communicator in the water letting us know where the turtles were. He even showed us the coral reef. He kept things funny and provided us with lots of information in the cenote. The cenote was a little too cold and we were worried we would be in the water too long for hypothermia. But our Guide Caesar salad was super informative and did an excellent job helping us find what we wanted to see, bats in the cenote and turtles in the water. We also got to see some other animals in the water too!

Amazing Trip - We had an amazing time with the team! They took us to Akulum beach to swim with the sea turtles, which was fun. Then we went onto the Cenote caves, Mark was very knowledgeable about the trip and what we were doing and Toni took amazing pictures for us! Everyone was lovely and would definitely recommend!

Magic day - Awesome day. Our accompanist Caesar was at the top of the line. Only Frenchwoman he took time for me. I loved it. I recommend 100%

Turtles were so amazing to see - The guide we had, T, was very passionate and knowledgeable throughout the whole trip. He was nice and comedic and educational. The van was on time and was equipped with air conditioning and snacks and cold drinks.
The turtle excursion was awesome. You actually only get to see the turtles for about 10-15 minutes but when you see them, it is breathtaking. We saw four during our snorkel and all four of them peaked their heads out of the water. It was an amazing experience.
The cenote was beautiful! We even got to see tons of bats.
Bring extra cash to get into the park where you see the turtles. They will have a professional photographer tagging along that will sell you all the pictures he takes for $60.

The centre was amazing - Pick up on time air on in minivan and it was clean. The sea swim for turtles is very nice if you’re not a strong swimmer then the guide has a life bouy which you can use . Went early morning which was perfect not too hot and saw 4 turtles and some fish. Next stop the cenote .. Wow it was so amazing and loved everything about it . Laura our guide was always on hand with information and was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this trip

Excellent experience! - Max, Sergio and Rodrigo were amazing today for our tour! Sergio was the BEST DJ and driver we have had our whole trip! Max was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Rodrigo is an amazing photographer and was also get kind, patient and helpful in the water.

Truly amazing - Amazing experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone. I’ve never snorkelled before but our guide Laura was amazing, talked us through it all and makes you feel so at ease!
Honestly if you aren’t a strong swimmer and are hesitant whether to book on I would definitely recommend that you do! All the guides carry a float that you can grab on to so they can pull you along if you need that extra help! As Laura called it (an Uber) haha.
Would highly recommend paying for the pictures they are truly special moments that we will treasure forever.
We was lucky enough to see all different kinds of fish and 4 turtles it was amazing.

Excursion swims with sea turtles and Cenote underground from BALAM - On holiday since 31 August at Club Med
from Cancun😎, I took advantage of the excursion offers to do the one with turtle swimming and the underground Cenote of BALAM. A magnificent day with Hamlet a Guide at the top who explains all the course of our day on the bus. At the top, arrived on the site a beautiful beach, the Guide gives us the last instructions to dive with turtles at sea.A nice experience, even if I have a little regret about the clarity of the water and far too many people in addition to our group. But I could see in addition to turtles schools of fish dx. After this experience towards the underground Cenote of BALAM, a magnificent Cenote aved a water that refreshes well 😊. I Trip Tip her anyway because the sights are wonderful.

Snorkeling and Cenote were incredible! - This was a great excursion! I don't like being coerced to take pictures and waste time just to attempt to sale them at the end.
