Brilliant time - Was a wonderful trip. Gabriela was a great guide. She made sure my 9 year olds felt confident in the sea. The cenote was a great experiance too.

Excellent fun - A lovely day your with our excellent guide Luisa. Prompt transportation and really good value for money. As a weak swimmer I was nervous but needn’t have been as there was lots of help readily available in the water. We Saw several turtles, rays and other fish - one of our best excursions to date.

Amazing experience - Had an absolutely amazing experience. Luisa was our guide and Toni was the photographer, they were fantastic. Along with the driver who kept us safe. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience, everyone was friendly and it was a small group (8 of us in total). Would definitely recommend

Amazing - The sea was a little rough so we didn’t get to see quite as many turtles or see them that well but to be fair the excursion had been cancelled prior to the day we went. The cenote was INCREDIBLE! The centers made the tour well worth it!

Excellent Tour – Turtles, Cenote, and a Great Guide! - I had an excellent experience on this tour! Our guide Gabi was fantastic—super knowledgeable, friendly, and full of energy. She made the whole day fun and informative from start to finish. A few tips for future travelers: 1. If you’re coming from Cancun, be prepared for a long van ride. It wasn’t bad from Playa del Carmen, but Cancun travelers should expect a full day. 2. Sunscreen isn’t allowed when swimming with turtles to protect the reef, so bring or wear a rash guard. They do sell them on the tour for $29.22 USD if you need one. 3. Bring $20 USD in cash to pay at pickup—this is required and collected before the tour starts. 4. You’ll get a bottle of water and a banana after the turtle swim, and at the cenote there are two included empanadas and additional items for purchase at a small bar. I thought this was great, but if you have a bigger appetite, I recommend packing additional snacks or being prepared to buy snacks or dessert after the cenote. 5. Photos are available for purchase and range from $45 (individual), $60 (couple), and $100 (family). The quality was great—shoutout to Pamela, the photographer, who captured amazing moments. Just note that if you’re someone who likes to review every photo before deciding, there’s not really a chance to do that. The group views the photos together and you make your choice then. Highlights: Swimming with the turtles felt like a real-life Finding Nemo moment—truly magical. But the underground cenote was my personal favorite—such a cool and unique experience. The tour was absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Good cenote, took too long, extra hidden fees - Pepe believes he is the king of knowledge on tour. Music on transportation was loud and tour operator didn’t do a great job with arranging transportation that was close. One of our copatrons had to wait 2 hours in the van as other people were picked up. The turtles in akumal bay was pretty good and Pepe did have an extra mouth piece when mine kept filling with salt water when I would breath The real cost of this was $20 cash extra per person day of. Pictures of the tour were $60 and I don’t mind that part of it Johnny did a great job. Also Pepe could tell was really pushing for tip at the end and while I get that he was a bit over the top with his preaching at the end.. Just say I would appreciate d amount tip if you were pleased and save us the speech at the end. The cenote was really great! Best cenote I’ve been to but you can’t dive into like other ones I have been to in the past. But this was a wonderful tunnel like cenote where we got to see bats. We didn’t get home till 4pm and didn’t want it to take all day essentially for the half day tour. So just expect it to be a full day even if it says half day.
