• Manzano: Akumal Snorkeling Tours - Initially, participants will gather at the information module to test the equipment that will be used during the activity.

Before beginning the activity, a brief explanation will be provided about the significance of the Akumal protected area and the designated swimming zones to ensure conservation efforts.

The tour will commence from the beach. It is important to note that Akumal Bay is a shallow area, so the first stop will be the grassland area where sea turtles can be found. Most of these turtles are of the white or green species, although Hawksbill turtles may also be spotted. Additionally, the tour will include a visit to part of the Akumal coral reef, where a variety of tropical fish can be observed, and occasionally rays or barracudas.

For convenience, the service area offers lockers, bathrooms, and showers.

Participants are welcome to stay on the beach after the activity to enjoy the rest of the day.
