Beautiful snorkel tour - Wonderful experience! Had a private tour for 2. Our guide Pepe was very kind, showed us all fish and turtles equal! You have more than enough time to observe, no stress! A turtle swam straight to my wife, which was very sweet)
So - can only recommend!

Amazing experience! - Pepe was an amazing guide! He matched the pace we were comfortable with and gave us lots of time to look at and enjoy the sights. He also had a great sense of humor and made our experience so special!
We lost track of how many turtles we saw, big and small, they were so cute! We also saw sea urchins, lots of yellow blue and red tropical fish, puffer fish, and a beautiful coral reef!
Also It was raining pretty hard but that didn’t put a damper on our experience. Our guide had a great attitude and the water was still warm enough that we were comfortable!
The snorkels were new, right out of the plastic, and our guide gave us anti fog gel that made it really easy to see!
10/10 Highly recommend!

Best snorkeling experience - It was a magical time! We were able to see turtles, stingrays, school of fish, a barracuda, and octopus! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Thanks Luis!

Lost count of the turtles! - Our family visited a few days after Christmas, and the trip boasts clean snorkel gear, showers, lockers, and a personal guide. The guides swim you right up to the turtles and they are careful to remind you to stay at a certain distance from the turtles— especially when the turtles come up for air. But the viewing was spectacular! My parents are in their 70’s and my youngest is 9, and all were able to make the swim with ease. The whole swim took about an hour, but was slow paced. There is a spectacular restaurant right next to the facility that also includes a few shops. Because of the time of year we visited, it was quite crowded, but the guides were good to keep us separated. My husband and I visited in October of 2023, and it wasn’t crowded at all. This was definitely a highlight of our trip and we lost count of all the turtles we saw! The app won’t let me upload video, but I did include a few photos we snapped.

Really, really good if you want to see sea turtles and rays - I went on a 8 day trip to Cancun/Merida with two adults and a 14 year old, 12 year old, and 10 year old. All the kids said this was the highlight of their trip - but they are also a bit "turtle" obsessed. The turtles themselves were fantastic, we saw 7 green sea turtles up close. They are not captive, but come to this area to feed on seaweed. You swim out from the local beach in Akumal and we had Pepe as our guide who was very good. When you drive down the street to the beach there will be many guides who will try to sell you services along the street. The advantage of doing this through Trip Advisor is that they will guide you to your parking spot and you can avoid some of the chaos, even if you pay a bit more. Parking and Lockers were NOT included in the cost - $100 pesos for the parking, deposit for the lockers. Changing rooms were available and clean - snorkel equipment was very nice. The water itself is a bit murky because of the sand near the beach being kicked up - but clear enough to see the turtles. There is a coral reef, but not a big one and you are really here for the turtles. good Japanese Sushi restaurant nearby and an excellent gift shop a hundred meters away with outstanding hand painted Christmas Ornaments featuring turtles. Several rays were also there. I'd highly recommend this trip if you are heading south toward Tulum from Cancun and it will be the highlight if you like turtles!

Highlight of out trip - Amazing excursion for the price. We had a private tour and seen lots of turtles close up and sting rays and a variety of fish!

Safe and secure, thorough booking for a fantastic experience! - What a fantastic experience from start to finish!
From the moment I booked, David sent me a WhatsApp to confirm details and made us feel really secure.
On arrival we were assisted with parking, David was waiting for us on the drive up to Akumal so we didn't even need to look for him.
Our guide parked us up, took us in, helped with lockers and provided us with all equipment we needed such as life jacket and snorkels.
Pepe was a really lovely guide who couldn't do enough for us, thank you Pepe! We went out snorkeling and took lots of pictures, special family pictures and we seen lots of beautiful turtles, fish, coral and a stingray!
Pepe also recommended a local restaurant where we could eat afterwards and this was fantastic!!!
Would highly recommend booking with this company, we booked a few hours in advance and it worked out perfectly. We were looked after from start to finish.

access to the beach.....paid parking.... snorkelling paying beyond 20 m.... for the so-called turtles.......
I've never seen this ..... groups of hundreds of tourists on equipped......
to preserve the tranquility of turtles?
do not condone...!!!!!!! public opinion criticizes water parks.
As far as we're concerned, we just wanted to go to a beach that was supposedly public and snorkel...
avoid the surroundings of TULUM.....
