Family fun - Great excursion loved seeing the turtles stingrays and fish Guide was good would certainly do this again. Be prepared to swim for an hour and a half

Easy way to see the turtles - This was a lovely way to see the turtles. It was a simple snorkel straight from the beach. You're only allowed to use this beach with a guide. We saw several turtles very close and they were so beautiful. We also saw many kinds of fish on the coral reef and some yellow stingray. My guide David was friendly and helpful.

Great experience! - We had booked for 4 people through Getyourguide. There was no time, but we made sure we got there by 9. Once there we called with the number that was there and within 3 minutes we were picked up. Dani was our tour guide. He explained everything well and took us into the sea. We have seen beautiful turtles and rays. Our tour lasted almost 1.5 hours and we swam quite far into the sea. He made very nice pictures and videos of us that we received later in the day via whatsapp. Nice memory. Very nice experience!

A wonderful experience for smaller groups - We had a wonderful experience with Akumal Ecological guides. They only take out groups of 4 meaning we had an opportunity to go further out into the corsl reef away from the business of the larger groups closer to the shore. The guides were knowledgeable and clearly cared about preserving the wildlife and corals of Akumal beach. Our guide showed us a wide range of sea life such as stingrays, box fish and puffers as well as spotting many turtles for us.

Great experience, honest guide. - We loved this private trip. We swam into the sea with decent gear provided by the company. The guide also had a special floting device for the kids to hold on. The guide was also very careful with the rules regarding swimming with the turtles. We absolutely loved this.
