Thank you Arnie!! - Honestly 10/10! You should book this it’s worth every penny. The caves are so cool! Nothing I’ve experienced before. Our guide, Arnie, was so kind and was just so great to chat with. You gotta do this.

Magical! - Can’t say enough wonderful things about this tour! Our guide Isreal was prompt, knowledgeable about the cave and made the experience incredible. We loved it so much we quickly booked another tour on our current trip. Highly recommend this tour!

This tour well exceeded... - This tour well exceeded our expectations! Arnie was so knowledgeable and friendly. These are definitely spots we would have never visited or learned about without the help of an awesome guide like Arnie. Booking a private tour was so worth it versus being on a huge bus for hours stopping at a bunch of different hotels. Tour operator was very responsive and easy to contact prior to the tour. I would definitely do another tour with them.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Oscar - Oscar Sanchez is an excellent guide and is very passionate about the history, sciences as well as regional folklore. We had a one of a kind experience that we will remember forever! Highly recommend going with him.

Sea life and Seafood. - Our guide was wonderful. He is a high school history teacher but does tours too. Perfect English, and he even taught us some Mayan phrases. We had a group of 6, ranging in ages from 10-52. We always felt safe. Our two recommendations were honored; swim with turtles and eat fresh seafood for lunch. Of course, these extra accommodations were paid by us, as to be expected.
Do not miss the lagoon. We saw at least 1000 fish. We have snorkels throughout the world, and this by far was the best one for seeing fish.

Beautiful cenotes and fun tour - Such a fun time- ceynotes were gorgeous and water so clear and fresh. Oscar Sanchez was the best - a lot of knowledge about the cenotes and Mayan history, he was a great and friendly guide! Would definitely recommend this tour for an unforgettable experience!

Amazing cenotes tour - Oscar Sanchez was our tour guide. We had an amazing time and Oscar really personalized our experience. He was engaging, knowledgeable, friendly and guided us while snorkeling in the cenotes. Also helped us take great pictures with his GoPro! The best tour guide ever! Would definitely do this tour again when we come to Cancun in the future!

Great tour! - Our guide Isaac was excellent! He answered all of our questions and had everything we needed to have a great time. He also connected us with another guide when our plans changed due to a tropical storm. Will be calling him next time we are in the area.

Fun, interesting and comfortable transportation - Our guide Oscar was friendly, fun & knowledgeable. Very comfortable transport with lots of leg room (I’m 6ft). It was my first time in a cave with water, Oscar made me feel calm and safe. He also took us to a great, authentic place for lunch. Very happy with the experience.

A Fabulous Adventure Day! - I booked the private Cenotes tour for a group of 8 when we were in Playa del Carmen for a girls trip. The company was very communicative in the days leading up to our excursion and made it super easy to book and communicate back and forth to plan our day. Our tour guide, Eric, was fun and informative, and the locations we went to were beautiful. I was really glad we had spent the money to book a private tour rather than going with a larger group or trying to rent a car to travel to the cenotes ourselves. The adventurousness of the tour exceeded my expectations, particularly the exploration of the underground cenote, and there's no way we would have had that same experience without our awesome tour guide! It was a one of a kind experience and I'm so glad we went!
