Great sights. Underwhelming service. - Overall I would still recommend this tour. Yal-kul lagoon is amazing and worth it by itself. The underground Cenote was awesome as well. The facilities were all clean and well maintained. Now for the underwhelming parts. The guide was friendly when we were on a tour but no interaction while driving or between activities. Everything felt rushed and impersonal. The company is large and has huge groups coming in and out constantly (maybe cruise ship people). So the large cenote was a traffic jam. It was confusing what we needed to keep and what to leave in lockers at the cenotes. Some tours were driven between cenotes, others had to walk down a long road. Without eyeglasses because they were in the locker, it was unpleasant. Get clarification on what to bring or not when going to the cave cenote. The meal was barely edible.
