A Great Tour to an Incredible Place - We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the beautiful ‘Waterfall of the Gods”. The coach was very comfortable and the guide was informative. Highly recommend this tour. Good value for the price!

Great tour - Mike did a great job showing us around the area. The visit to Godafoss was amazing. It’s mostly paved trails with easy walking but there was also a steep rough staircase leading down to a rocky shore. I wasn’t prepared for that and would have brought walking sticks had I know. There is some confusion about the pickup place from cruise ships - it’s best to visit their website for specific instructions.

Great excursion to Goðafoss- Waterfall of the Gods - We had a great time. The falls are beautiful and very worth seeing. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Highly recommend.

Good tour, poor communication - First, let me say we enjoyed the excursion. The bus was nice and the driver/guide was informative and super cordial. We paid extra to be in the “smaller group” of up to 9 people so we could enjoy a more individualized tour. Therefore we were surprised to see approximately 20 people on board the bus. Secondly, the meeting instructions were non existent. We chose to be picked up at the cruise port but it didn’t mention where. I tried the chat feature to get an address but there was no response. So for anyone wondering … exit the ship and walk towards the little store. There are a couple information attendants and they’ll point you in the right direction.

Excellent experience and guide - The rapid rush of the falls was exciting, along with the lovely scenery. Our guide, Helge ( not sure of the spelling) was extremely informative about the Akureyri area, the economy and the people. She took us to the amazing 7 mile tunnel, and the picture exhibit showing how it was built. The tour in its entirety was great.

Great tour, great tour guide - I want to thank you for a great tour. Our tour guide, I believe her name was Heidi was the best. She shared so much about the life, people and history of Iceland. It seems every tour we took was better than the last but this one really was the best after 9 days on our cruise. The reason I took this cruise was because I wanted to see Iceland and I really got to through Heidi. It was not a quick ride to Goðafoss and back. thank you again and thank Heidi.

Wheelchair Accessible Tour with a Fantastic Guide - We had a great guide and an excellent trip to the falls. Our guide took care of me and my powered wheelchair very quickly and safely. He was knowledgeable of the area and told us lots of great stories and facts about the area. The falls themselves were magnificent and quite accessible.

Very disappointing way to do business - This tour Company would not refund us our money when our cruise ship changed our itinerary and our ship did not dock in port. Said we did not give them 24 hour notice. Our cruise ship did not give us 24 hour notice to be able to give the tour company notice. We were out $700.00. Very poor way to do business! Very disappointed!
