Best Northern Lights Tour! - I’ve been on a lot of northern lights tours and this has been my favorite one! Jon was our guide and he was fantastic. He’s born and raised in this area so he told us a lot about northern Iceland and his process for finding the northern lights. We were lucky and saw the lights immediately but it was cloudy so we had to move around to a few places. I brought my own mirrorless camera and he helped me with the settings to get amazing pictures and he helped the other tourists in the group get great iPhone pictures as well. We stayed out for hours until the lights faded. I booked this tour from a different company so I didn’t get to see the other tours they offered but I wish I knew about them! Highly recommend this company!

Fantastic knowledge filled tour - Pick up was quick and easy your guide called me to make sure we didn’t miss the pick up. Very knowledgeable tour guide with a rich life story. Great intuition when it comes to chasing the northern lights and fantastic food recommendation! Will be recommending to friend and family.

I rate the tour with five because of the honesty of the leader - Both days when we should go were cloudy so we were offered compensation ie to get the money back, which we accepted on the second day. It was a shame that we didn't get to see Norden light. We were unlucky. I rate the tour with five because of the honesty of the leader. He might as well drive us around just to take our payment.

Highly recommendable - Armann our guide during this trip was awesome! He is a real expert in getting the best pictures of the Northern Light. The knowledge that he shared with us was really interesting and it was fascinating listening to him. He made a fantastic picture with his camera which captured the Nothern Light better than our cameras and sent us the pictures afterwards as a memory of a fabulous trip! Highly recommendable!

Excellent trip with great guide - We booked a Northern Lights tour with the geo thermal spa through Imagine Iceland Travel. We were picked up from the apartments by Armann who was a very attentive and professional guide. My husband and I were very fortunate as we were the only clients for the trip so we had the luxury of travelling in Armann’s new vehicle.
The geo thermal spa was excellent with a view over the sea. During the tour we stopped several times to monitor the lights and we had the pleasure of seeing the beautiful display in remote dark area. Local knowledge is a wonderful thing!
We would recommend this trip with Imagine Iceland Travel.

Nature’s spectacular show - What a great adventure!
No joy the first night, but the second night was free and it was not a let down.
Beautiful green lights with the added bonus of light columns.
I will be back for another trip.

Disappointed with evening - We were somewhat disappointed, as we were driven around for 3 hours, while there was clearly no hope of seeing Northern lights within the first hour.

Normal experience - It is a tour for very few people, in my case it was me and a couple more as the guide. We went in a private car.
It did not include hot chocolate, I recommend bringing something hot to drink since it is very cold.
We saw auroras but of very low intensity.

Overcast and no Northern Lights - It was forecasted to be clear but it turned out to be very cloudy. The tour guide tried for 2 and 1/2 hours to find a clear spot, but he couldn't find any. So we didn't see anything. And the next few nights are predicted to be overcast, so we can't even do a retry. Very disappointed. Also, this was our third try with Viator to see the Northern Lights and because of bad weather the first two were canceled and refunded. We will not book another Northern Lights tour. Instead, we'll just try going out on our own when the skies are clear. Don't want to throw away more money. We hope Viator will refund this trip for everybody that was on the tour.

Just waste of money - Even cloudy atmosphere,& even you know possiblity of northern light nothing, you should not take payment from client.
