Whale watching shore excursion - Amazing trip with stunning scenery . We saw minke and humpback whales and the guide on board was very knowledgable and helpful. It was also nice that they had extra overalls on board to put on to stay warm so we could be on the top deck and really get the best views. The launch location is close to town and the cruise terminal and was easy to find.

Have seen several whales, so interesting! - We were unlucky because it was very cold, rainy and the sea was rough. Even though, we were able to see several whales. The boat also has an interior section and the guide is giving explanations all the time. I would recommend it.

Whale watching experience - Booked this tour from get your guide, arrived by cruise ship and walked 5 minutes to the jetty, got onboard and boat left for our tour on time. Massimiliano was our guide and very informative commentator. We would surely do this tour again and recommend it to all ages.

Great. - Guide was great, she explained a lot during the trip. Service was professional. Put on the warm clohtes. We saw few whales.

Fascinating - The marine biologist on the boat was outstanding. Her presentation throughout the cruise was exceptionally professional. She pointed each species of whales that surfaced near the boat, described the species, what they ate and their migration patterns.

Just awesome - We went on a cold wet day but I just can’t believe our luck. Tickets were bought only the night before but offered great value for two adults and two kids, who went free. The boat leaves from a dock within 8 minutes simple walk of the cruise boat. We were on board for three hours - sometimes out on deck, other times inside in the warm with spacious seats and tables. Snacks were very reasonable - a hot chocolate and bar of chocolate cost less than £3. We were luck enough to see two humpbacks, a minky, and more than a dozen porpoises. Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable boat.

Great experience - The whale watching experience was fantastic. We saw many whales (or mare likely a few whales many times) and had many good views. The seas were fairly calm, while also helped. The only reason for four stars was that the trip was handed off from the company we booked to another one based in Haughanes, and the hand-off wasn’t smooth, with the person picking us up having no record of our reservation. In spite of that, he took us, along with about 10 others, from Akureyri to Hauganes for the tour.

Terrible. - The service was the worst I have witnessed from start to finish. And going to the next excursion the blue lagoon was even more worse than the Whale Watching. Would never recommend your outfit to anyone.
