Desert safari - Did the dessert safari amazing with Siyyad khan tourism fantastic trip with an amazing skilled driver Sahib. Did the same trip last year but it was just as exciting as the first time they offer great value for money for this trip and would recommend anyone to go with this company great price as well.

Wonderful night - We went on a desert Safari with our 5 year old kid, and we were a bit afraid if the Dune bashing Will be safe enough for her. I have to admit that they had special care for Kids, and we had a wonderful experience and evening. Our driver, Sohail was very very kind and a good driver . The camp we were going to was beautiful and authentic, not full. We had a nice dinner, shows, henna, falcon photos etc. I highly recommend this company!

MUST BOOK if you’re in Dubai!!! - INCREDIBLE!!! what an amazing day we had with Samad on our desert safari!! from pick up on time to every single activity!! my 5 year old loved the dune bashing!!! camel rides to sand boarding and evening food and entertainment!! it really was a day to remember!! Samad took pictures for us at every opportunity!! even pulling over to get a sunset picture before it went down!! Worth every penny and has been the highlight of our trip!! Thankyou again Samad!!

Afternoon desert safari tour - So well organised and definitely a day to remember. Would book again without a doubt. Our guide Rohaib was the perfect host and took some fantastic photos and videos for us… First class service. 10/10

The best day of the holiday! - Sahib was the best tour guide we have ever had! We were contacted via WhatsApp in the morning of the desert safari directly by Sahib informing us of the time he was going to be collecting us and the vehicle he would be in, Sahib came at the exact time he told us he would be collecting us. We arrived at our destination Sahib explained exactly what would be happening on the day, he ensured we were there early so we had the chance to go on the buggy’s / quad bikes. Sahib ensured that we had plenty of water for the day. Throughout the whole day Sahib was so polite and kind, always ensuring we were ok. Despite me not thinking that I would enjoy the dune bashing Sahib made me feel so at ease and made me feel safe. And I ended up really enjoying it! Once we stopped in the desert Sahib took so many pictures of me and my partner and captured my partner proposing on video. We then did sand boarding, camel ride and the camp were we had dinner and watched shows. We dropped off back at our hotel after an amazing day. We would both 100% recommend the desert safari with this company. Thank you so much Sahib!

Dubai desert tour - Amazing tour! Our guide was super friendly. He shown as the desert and explained many interesting things regarding Arabic culture. All was very well organized. I fully recommend.

Horrible Experience- Think Twice or you'll regret it - My family had a horrible experience with Siyyad Khan's company on our Desert Safari. So many issues that marred our day listed below: We purchased two cars in our package for a day Safari and paid extra as we were told we would not fit in one car as family of 7. My first red flag to run away should have been the price quoted increased immediately after depositing money. Why did price increase after my full invoice and deposit? Should have listened to gut and moved on then. Upon leaving our hotel we drove in circles for a bit like one driver had no idea where he was going. One of our cars stopped on side of highway to check tire and the driver said it was low air but did not seem concerned. Arrived at dune buggies which was very chaotic where we were charged 2x higher by the vendor than we were quoted in conversations with Nazia Khan. Horrible experience there. The vendor said it was cash only for the dune buggies and said he would pay upfront since we didn’t have cash (no one said we needed cash only) and wanted to pay by card but no credit card machine was available there. So, they took us to some scammy gas/bathroom station after the dune buggies on way to dune bashing where they knew the owners and ran our CC card 3 times for the same service because they claimed the charge would not go through. This resulted in excessive authorizations and holds on our bank account that we had to fight to remove after the fact. When it was time for the desert dune bashing they had all 7 of us go in one car because the other car left while we were in the bathroom and paying for the dune buggies in the scammy gas station at the CC machine. But remember…we paid for two cars because Nazia said could not fit in one?? So how is one of our cars gone to go pick up other people on our dime while we’re in bathroom at the scammy gas station? Oh, it gets better (worse) as the one car we’re now all crammed in for dune bashing has a flat DURING the dune bashing in the middle of the dessert so my husband and sons spent most of their time helping the driver dig the tire out of the sand change the flat because he’s telling us we have no help if not and we’ll be stranded. can’t make this stuff up! Finally, we get tire changed but now it’s dark and we missed the sand boarding and pictures in the desert and the driver rushes us to dinner- which were now extremely late for but at least our second car meets us there for our ride home. Meanwhile, we’re so late so we missed all amenities at the Safari dinner and half the show. We get the last of picked through leftovers. Worst experience with this company that was not cheap. I wrote Nazia Khan as she is who I had been communicating with from the beginning who says she’d look into it and work out something because we did not get what we paid for as this was not acceptable…then crickets. Basically, she went silent. Stay away from this company. There is a FB group where they tout their services and I now believe they delete negative comments. I had high hopes for their service but they are not professionals and hire vendors that do not fulfill their duties with no accountability. Pay attention to negative reviews even if there are just a few. This once in a lifetime experience is too expensive to be subpar at best. Shame in both Nazia and Siyyad. I would not recommend them based on this experience especially since no follow up occurred. We made the best of it on our own, but I would not trust Siyyad’s Tours with my once in a lifetime family vacation plans again based on this experience.

Didn’t go - No one showed up to pick us up. I contacted Viator and I’ve yet to get a refund. They are saying that they are checking with the tour company.

They did not arrive to collect us so we had not trip just a wasted day - looking for refund - They did not arrive to collect us as stated in our booking. We sent copies of our confirmed booking and tickets which they said they were not able to access due to some issue at their end. They told us to cancel and rebook but that would have lost our original payment. After explaining this to them we did not get any support about our booking. We were in Dubai for a short break and a whole day was wasted waiting for them to respond or turn up to for local collection as included in our booking. A very disappointing experience for us. We would never book again. Now chasing a refund as we got nothing but a wasted day waiting.
