Perfect day out at Desert Safari - It was a perfect day out for Desert Safari. Starting from the pickup to the dropoff, it was done as per plan. Kudos to Waleed, we all enjoyed every part of it whether it was quad bike or sand duning, camel ride or sand boarding. Good food even for vegetarians. Highly recommended!

Very bad experince - I booked a safari tour with this company yesterday, unfortunately I had a very bad experience for 9 people. Shawn's plan was not clear at all, they picked us up from the hotel at 4 o'clock and took us to the motorhome in the middle of the road without a prior plan, and we said that the heat would bother the children and we don't want to use it, and they said that we should stop for half an hour because the camp is closed. On the way to Dune bashing, we had a photo stop that was too hasty and gave us little time to take photos, if our time was wasted on the 50-minute route. When we arrived at the camp, before entering we were asked for the tour fee. When we entered the camp, we were very shocked. They said that if we want to use the buffet, we have to pay an additional amount of 50 dirhams per person, and it is not included in the package. If we were not told about this and we had to use the normal service, which was very poor quality, the food and my children could not eat. I called the drivers and company several times, none of them responded. This was my experience. Please check all the details before booking, especially about the camp food service.
