Deset safar - Great tour! Good car sent for pick up and drop, Mr. Asif took great care of senior citizens travelling with us. Cars used were excellent.

Desert safari - It was a nice experience for a 1 day trip. Munawar is a nice driver to be with. Don't keep high expectations from the food

Terrible experience, poorly run, find another vendor or skip altogether. - Please stay away from this company. Their five star reviews are fake - all the positive reviews are from contributors with 1 review only. Just know that the 'desert safari' business is mostly run by Pakistanis/Indians in Dubai and is the definition of a tourist trap. If you're only in Dubai for a few days, don't waste your time with a safari. There are lots of other amazing things to experience in the UAE. More on our experience: We were picked up in a dated SUV with a weak A/C system. One of the seats in the back did not have a working seat belt. My son almost got heat stroke sitting in the back seat as we were stuck in traffic for some time. The car smelled of BO and the driver, Munawar, decided to turn on Urdu Qawali music at full blast as soon as we got on our way. Munawar was clearly not comfortable speaking English and almost offered no information during the drive. The ATVs were fun but they are an expensive add-on. When we got to the camp site, we had to wait 10 minutes without explanation for the second SUV for the dune bashing. The dune bashing was fine and as expected. There was a corrugated metal fence at the bottom of the 'sand boarding' hill - not sure how you were supposed to stop before you hit the fence, so we opted out of that. The camel ride was about a minute when you ride in a small circle. Inside the camp, we got suckered into paying extra for the 'VIP' section, so we could have our dinner right away. Otherwise we would have had to wait 45 minutes for the buffet to open. The food was subpar Indian/Pakistani food - not Arab/middle eastern food. In the VIP area, the drinks option was limited to water and Coke. Every few minutes, someone would come by, interrupt our dinner and try to upsell us on photos, souvenirs, perfumes, etc. This was really off-putting. The shows were kind of laughable, although the fire dancers were actually pretty good. Thankfully we had an uneventful ride back to our hotel. The weather had cooled down so the anemic A/C wasn't an issue anymore. Again, stay away from this company. Read the reviews carefully on TripAdvisor so you don't get duped like I did looking at their 5 star reviews.

Scam company will steal your money - Scam company. Requested a refund and they lied that they refunded us. We waited the right amount of business days and never received a refund. They took our money and continued to ignore us. Groupon also supports them

Disappointing Safari Experience with Tulip Tourism - The overall safari experience fell below expectations, primarily attributed to our guide, Waqar, who assumed a more chauffeur-like role rather than providing the expected guidance. Proactivity was lacking as we consistently had to inquire about the next steps. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the loss of two sunglasses, and despite seeking assistance, Waqar's response appeared indifferent. Think twice before booking with this agency.
