- A dress code is required for this tour. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women
- Children below the age of 6 are not permitted on this tour.

Islamic Cairo with our guide Mina - My husband and I did the Islamic Cairo tour with our guide Mina and it was excellent. The passion he had for his homeland and it’s history, people and culture was evident. He went the extra mile to ensure our experience was both fun and informative. Insightful, interesting and hassle free tour with a lovely guide! - The Islamic Cairo tour was fantastic, with a knowledgeable and lovely guide! The tour is professionally organised and free of the usual hassle in Egypt (no "spontaneous" visits to shops of cousins, no sales pitches). The guide truly cared about and adapted the tour to my interests - would completely recommend!

Urban adventures Cairo Islamic tour Half day - Today we completed a half day tour of the Islamic sites including the Coptic areas. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and really looked after our family.

Urban Adventures: Islamic Cairo in Depth Review - Our family of 4 had a wonderful trip with our tourguide Mohamed (aka Mo), he was very insightful and answered all of our numerous questions about Islam, its history in Egypt and any general questions we had with a big smile and a very enthusiastic attitude, making us feel very welcomed. We covered the Citadel and the Mohamed Ali mosque in great depth and also went to the Khan Al Khalili market afterwards to sit back and enjoy Turkish coffee and falafels. A great tour and make sure to request for Mo!

Excellent Guide. - Islamic Cairo in Depth was our highlight in Cairo. Shrouk was very knowledgeable.
Khan-e-khalili was the highlight and so was the mosque of Salah-el-din and Sultan Hassan Mosque as well. She took us through all the knowledge and even the best place to have Hibiscus tea. Highly recommend it.

Very knowledgeable guide - This tour was pretty comprehensive and the guide took us to all the main mosques. He was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail about each mosque, the history, architecture, Islamic culture and religion and was also friendly. The tour lasted about 3 hours and there was ample time to explore and take photos. I personally found the explanations top detailed and a bit much, hence 4 star rating but of you have an interest in history them I would recommend them. The tour left on time from Kings Hotel and on the way back he was nice enough to drop us back at our own hotel.
