Highlights
  • Giza Plateau - At 8:00 am, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and transfer you to the Giza pyramids in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Begin your full-day tour by visiting the renowned Giza Pyramids, where you can see the Great Pyramid of King Cheops. Enjoy a 20-minute camel ride and immerse yourself in history. Our guide will then take you to a panoramic spot where you can view all the pyramids at once. Next, visit the Valley Temple, also known as the Mummification Temple, where King Chephren’s body was mummified. Here, you’ll also get a closer look at the Sphinx statue. Our guide will help you capture memorable photos from the best locations.

  • Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Although diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, the site remains unexcavated.

  • Pyramid of Menkaure - Menkaure’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple.

  • Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. Several statues of Khafre were found in a well in the temple floor by Mariette in 1860.

  • Great Sphinx - The Sphinx dates back to the reign of King Khafre. During the New Kingdom, Amenhotep II dedicated a new temple to Hauron-Haremakhet, which was later expanded by subsequent rulers.

  • The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - After visiting the Giza pyramids, drive to Cairo City Center to explore the Egyptian Museum, one of the largest museums in the world. It houses a vast collection of statues and the treasures of King Tutankhamun. The tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel in Cairo or Giza.

  • Gizeh Plateau - The Giza Plateau is a limestone plateau in Giza, Egypt, home to the Fourth Dynasty Giza pyramid complex, which includes the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers’ village, and an industrial complex. It is the northernmost part of the 16,000-hectare Pyramid Fields in the Western Desert edge of the Nile Valley, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Memphis and its Necropolis. The plateau is approximately 60 meters above sea level.

  • Panoramic view of the Pyramids - Discover the timeless wonder of the ancient pyramids with our panoramic view tour. Marvel at the majestic structures from all angles and take in the breathtaking beauty of these iconic landmarks. Our expert guides will provide fascinating insights into the history and significance of the pyramids, making this an unforgettable experience.

Custom made Tour.. - Tonsi Tonsi Tonsi tour guide has made my daughter and I trip to Egypt unforgettable. Tonsi was so patient with us, we were late for our pick up and Tonsi rearranged our tour to make sure we got a custom itinerary. He was so knowledgeable about the pyramids and knew how to make sure we had a great camel ride experience and took unforgettable photos. Our tour came with a lunch that was way above my expectations. It was a delicious mixed grill with a perfect view of the pyramids. The most important thing is we felt safe and all of our needs were taken care of. He made my daughter think she was a Queen. I am definitely coming back to Egypt to to the Luxor/Aswan tour.

Camel tour guide Omar Sharif. - Yes, we rode a camel around the nine pyramids of Giza. The best part of the ride was being entertained by Omar Sharif (his real name) as our guide. At 45 he has 35 years of experience. He not only knew his camels, but told us a lot of interesting stories about the pyramids. He said that tourism has fallen since the Arab Spring in 2011. We found Egypt very safe and (with one exception) the people are very friendly. For me, it was a very pleasant check on my “bucket list!”

BRILLIANT DAY OUT!!! - We had Sayed Mahmoud as our guide. Amazing knowledge plus fun and happy man to which helped with my son who is autistic. It's a long day fitting it all day but well worth it. You need a guide as most of it will pass over your head. Our driver was Mr Mahmood Rikca?? I do not have spelling of last name. Excellent driver and you need one in Cairo! Both on time, both excellent manners and very helpful. Highly recommend *****

Absolutely incredible! - We found Emo Tours through a recommendation and boy are we lucky. We had a wonderful full-day tour of the Giza pyramids and Egyptian museum led by Mohammad Moussa and our driver Mostafa Kote. Mohammad was very knowledgable, friendly, on time (arrived early), enthusiastic and took great photos of us (we took many). Mostafa, our driver navigated the hectic streets of Cairo and provided a safe and comfortable car ride. We strongly recommend Emo Tours and will DEFINITELY book again next time we are in Egypt. They are a gem and lovely to work with as well. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Egypt Tailor Tours - My family just experienced one of our best tours traveling outside the country. I’m so glad I picked Egypt tailor made tours out of the many that contacted me. First I would like to send a big shout out to Ahmed. He was young and so knowledgeable about Egypt. He shared so much information about the history of Egypt and even took the time to go beyond what we booked for the surveys. He was so polite to my older mother and patiently waited for her to walk and assisted her up stairs. He definitely made the tour an A plus. However the tour itself was amazing. The pyramids was more awesome than imagined. The Egyptian Museum was so much to take in but the way Ahmed explained the most important exhibits made learning easier and fun. Again Thanks for sending such a great tour guide and I can’t forget the driver, Shaaban. He was right on time for pick up at all locations and was driving safe with all the crazy traffic and other drivers on the road. I would choose Egypt Tailor Made and recommend them to anyone needing to book any Egypt tours. Lastly I end with a compliment to the owner, even I didn’t meet him in person. He called several times throughout the tours to make sure me and my family were safe and if we had any questions. Thanks for your excellent once again

WONDERFUL TIME! - This was an amazing experience! My tour guide Mahmoud Anwar picked us up from our hotel we started off at the pyramids. Our guide was very knowledgable of the pyramids and sphinx he let us take our time oooohhhh and awwwwing and he even took pictures for us. He made sure to keep us together as we became separated from all the locals selling merchandise and all but was not a problem to us as people survive off tourism. We didn't stand in any lines as the tour didn't include entrance fees but I think our tour guides get faster entrance when they arrive with guests. It went so smooth I wouldn't see the Egyptian Museum or the Pyramids without a guide! Spend the money and hire someone who knows what your looking at! We were taking to a shop that sells art made from papyrus and that was pretty cool. Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate! Lol nothing is written in stone. We ate at a restaurant outside of the museum it was okay just a quick deli bite. Museum is a lot of walking so be prepared! Overall this was a wonderful trip and I would do it again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Dangerous - This was a shocking tour and I would suggest to stay away. First of all the tour guide did not speak english. Hello and my name is does not count as speaking english! She then decided that if she shouted at me then that would help me to understand whatever language she thought she was speaking, it didn't! She kept pushing me around the sights and telling me to hurry up. She took me to several shops and tried to get me to buy things. At the museum we spent a small amount of time and I asked her to stay a bit longer, she said no, hurry up lets go. She told me we were going back to the hotel but then we stopped at the market where she told me to get out of the car. I told her I did not want to shop. She then demanded I give her a tip, when i said no because I was not happy. She stopped saying anything. She had an argument with the driver, shouting at each other, then she just left. Walked away. I was alone with the driver (male) and did not know what was going on. I was more than a little scared. Thankfully the driver got me back to my hotel using google translate as he spoke no english either.
