Great tour in Qatar's north - Our guide Arum picked us up on time in a comfortable vehicle at the hotel in Doha, and then we first went via Al Khor, where we briefly visited an old fishing port, to the mangrove forests in the northwest, where we had the opportunity to explore part of the nature reserve on a wooden jetty. Afterwards we drove further northeast to the fortress of Al Zubara. Here we had ample opportunity to explore the fortress and the interesting museum (was included in the price). Afterwards we stopped at a larger excavation site where an ancient settlement of Qatari pearl divers is gradually being uncovered. Then we went back to Doha. We would particularly like to praise our great guide Arum, who has a huge historical, social and general knowledge of Qatar and has provided us with information in a polite, unobtrusive and entertaining way - highly recommended! Overall a nice four-hour tour where you could learn a lot about the country. Not recommended for children, though, because maybe not spectacular enough.

Excellent Tour Guide in Qatar - Mouzam was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. We learnt so much about Qatar from .luzam. Who described everything we drove past and gave us very insightful history about Qatar. He even treated us to a lovely tea during the trip. As we traveled with a 2 year old, Mouzam was kind and considerate of our needs e.g. finding us a bathroom stop on the journey. I would highly recommend Mouzam as your tour guide when in Qatar. Thank you very much for a fantastic trip!
