- Al Khor - Also spelled Al Khawr means “sea on threesides” in Arabic. Older than Doha but far smaller in size. Al Khor is located an easy 50 kilometres to the north of Doha. It used to be the center of the pearling industry in Qatar but lost its importance after the introduction of cultured pearls. It now boasts a scenic harbour where you can find traditional fishing dhows, a corniche leading to mangrove colonies and a museum showcasing the fishing, pearling and dhow building industries.

Great tour of North and West Qatar - This was a really great trip, my guide was Zia and he was a great driver, really attentive, helpful and made sure I had plenty of water on a really hot day. Got to see everything on the list and he took amazing pictures as well. Highly recommend this tour.

I heard Qatar was boring, but no way! - Qatar was a transit stop, but I thought I wouldn’t get a chance to come, so I asked for a private tour.
It was fun to see unexpected places and scenery, and it exceeded my expectations!

Trip with Adil N.w - Adil is our guide and drive, he’s really accommodating and well organized, he’s also a great photographer if you want to have some good pictures as a couple or family. The trip is very pleasant and not intense at all. If you have a half a day to spend, this is the one to pick!

A really lovely day - We just finished a lovely tour with Syed. He communicated in advance and arrived promptly at our hotel. He was charming, knowledgeable, kind and very attentive to us. He explained the plan for the day and then took us carefully to each of the sites. He made sure we had lots of water and stopped to make sure we had food enough for the day. He answered all our questions and he took lovely photos for us. I would recommend this tour and would recommend Syed.

Beauty of Nature with a superior tour guide Usman - It was a fantastic tour. The guide was very good . He arrived before time. He is a so kind gossip guy. He arranged water & tea for us. During this trip, I felt myself very safe . He is very professional. And very Frank to answers our question. The rock tour was fabulous. I highly recommend that if someone is travelling to Qatar , they must choose Usman as a tour guide. He helped us by capturing many wonderful memories of qatar. He also worked like our cameraman. He gives good hospitality. Thanks, Usman, for this great and memorable tour.

A great way to see Qatar beyond Doha - We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and found it very interesting. Our guide Usman was excellent - very pleasant, professional, and happy to answer all our questions.
We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Qatar outside of Doha and to experience the desert, the sea and the mangroves.
It was an extremely hot day when we did the tour, but Usman had plenty of water on hand and the car was nice and cool.
As a bonus, nature even delivered us a little bit of rain - something very rare to experience in the desert!

Highly recommended day tour - We had an amazing experience. Saeed Akhter made the entire journey comfortable and engaging, we throughly enjoyed his commentary. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing us to fully appreciate the diverse landscapes and historical landmarks of Qatar, thanks to Saeed, my 9 years old daughter really enjoyed and learned about Qatar. We couldn't have asked for a better guide or tour experience—highly recommended!

Excellent tour and guide, awful assistance by the company - The only reason the tour is not a 5* is due to the fact that no one showed up even after I talked to somebody from their end, here in the app, a day prior to confirm the data. It was a nightmare trying to contact the company to solve the situation but once we did, we were given a chance to do the tour almost 2 hrs after we were supposed to be picked up.
Now to the tour... we were guided by Zia who did a wonderful job and didn't deserve the mess that someone did prior. He was a wonderful guided and explained us a lot of the culture and history in Qatar since this was our first time there.
Such a respectful, competent and kind person should be able to see a 5* here.
Both the guide, Zia, and the tour are 100% recommended.
