- Al Khor - Also spelled Al Khawr means “sea on threesides” in Arabic. Older than Doha but far smaller in size. Al Khor is located an easy 50 kilometres to the north of Doha. It used to be the center of the pearling industry in Qatar but lost its importance after the introduction of cultured pearls. It now boasts a scenic harbour where you can find traditional fishing dhows, a corniche leading to mangrove colonies and a museum showcasing the fishing, pearling and dhow building industries.

A hot, but very interesting day - We had a long stay-over in Qatar so we booked a full day tour. We were picked up by our guide Abdulah and had a very interesting day. Abdulah told us a lot about the places we visited and about Qatar in general. We especially liked the landscape and the nature.

Touring North and West of Qatar is the experience no one should miss! - What an mazing experience! Very easy booking process and prompt responses from the company. Our guide, Asim, was an absolute treasure. Kind, gentle, very easy going and very knowledgeable. We've learnt a lot about Qatar from him!

Great day in Qatar! - I had a wonderful experience on this tour! We saw so many different sites and learned a lot about Qatar’s history. It was a great way to explore outside of Doha. Our tour guide, Abdullah, was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Most amazing time in Qatar. - I had booked a night cruise and in came Zia, we had the most amazing time with him, he was very friendly and professional and went a mile ahead to cater us. And we did 2 more tours with him the next day, complete north and west tour, desert safari as well, he is definitely recommended

North west tour - The tour was fantastic, seen lots of places and information was terrific. The vehicle was well air conditioned and comfortable. The driver was very engaging. He was very accommodating with what I required. Travelling solo, and being a woman I felt very safe.

Must do - If short on time in Qatar, this tour will give you all what you need and more. Our tour guide was pleasant and very good with taking photos and capturing the sights. Be sure to hydrate and bring snacks.

Easy,comfortable, interesting, and informative. - We had a fantastic day out our tour guide(zohaib) was very informative and knowledgeable, it was a comfortable and easy tour, we got to take as many photos as we liked, a must do experience.

Great guide; not much to Qatar outside Doha - The itinerary was great and the guide did an amazing job. There really isn’t much to see in Qatar outside of Doha though, so don’t set your expectations too high. These attractions really aren’t anything special.
