Brilliant, highly recommended - We had a brilliant time out in the buggies and sand boarding. We went out for an 2 hours trip, do this if you can. We don’t think 1 hour would be long enough to have enough fun lol. The guys were brilliant and we had lots of fun. Highly recommend this.

Best quality for the price! - This is self driving tour following a guide but it is fast enough! We were with kids in 4person buggy and everybody loved it! There was also a camel ride and taking some photos. Pickup highly recommended. Took in total 2h + transportation. Remember to take scarfs or buy at the place.

unfortunaly Bad experience - I was unfortunately not very impressed with my trip. From a Scandinavian perspective, there were several things that didn’t feel safe and could easily be improved. I booked a 1-hour buggy ride with shared transfer. The good part about this, compared to many other sites, was that I didn’t have to choose a full package with BBQ, etc., but only the buggy experience. I thought I had done my research thoroughly, reading reviews and so on, and I was a little puzzled as to why BNB was 300–500 AED cheaper than its competitors. However, based on the good reviews, I decided to book anyway. The transfer arrived as planned, and after picking up another couple, we headed out. When we arrived, it was very unclear where we were supposed to go and what we were supposed to do. The staff didn’t speak much English, so communication was mostly limited to single words and gestures. At check-in, I discovered why it was cheap—**NO insurance!** You had to hand over your passport and would only get it back when the buggy was returned undamaged. If there was any damage, your passport would only be returned after you paid the cost of repairs. So there I was, in the middle of nowhere, faced with the choice of accepting the terms or losing nearly 800 AED. Personally, I didn’t feel comfortable handing over my passport 80 km from Dubai city center. (I haven’t been able to find any mention of this policy on their website afterward.) Anyway, I went ahead. I was given a nice pair of goggles (thumbs up for that), but there was no proper introduction to the buggy. The only instruction was that if the instructor raised his hand, I should stop. Nothing about gears or anything else. We set off, and after a few hundred meters, we stopped so a man with a DSLR camera could take a picture of me. A good idea, and the picture turned out great. We then continued driving into the desert, and after about 10 minutes, the instructor stopped and came over to me, saying he wanted to take some pictures with my phone. He took a few shots and gestured for me to get out of the buggy. At this point, another man appeared (and I might have been a bit naive here) with a falcon, which I was to hold while the instructor took several pictures of me. I thought this was a cool experience and was impressed that it was part of the package—until we finished, and the other man just looked at me and said, **“MONEY.”** No specific amount, no option to decline the photos being taken—just **“MONEY.”** I felt completely trapped and unsafe. I explained that I didn’t have any cash with me, but I did happen to have my credit card. This clearly didn’t please them (and remember, they didn’t speak much English). So there I was, in the middle of the desert, miles from anywhere, being charged for something I had no choice about. Was it a scam? Was it part of the experience? I don’t know, but it was a bad and very uncomfortable situation. After a while, the man pulled out a card terminal and entered 20 AED. The price wasn’t unreasonable and was actually okay, but it could just as easily have been 200 or 500 AED—I would have paid without hesitation because I felt so pressured. For the rest of the trip, I tried to enjoy myself, but I didn’t want to ride a camel or have more pictures taken with animals. I just wanted to get back to the camp. When I returned, I was offered the chance to buy the “official” buggy photo taken with the DSLR. Despite the slightly steep price of 50 AED, I decided to buy it because the picture was actually good. The transfer back to the city went smoothly. **Final verdict:** I give the experience 2 stars because I did get what I paid for, and the buggy was fun to drive. However, the lack of insurance, poor communication, and the feeling of being trapped and pressured in the middle of the desert left me with a negative impression. With better organization, clearer information, and a stronger focus on customer safety, this could have been a much better experience.
