Amazing experience - The tour was incredible. As it was my first time and I was i bit slow than other, they orginize separate private tour for me with amazing guy. He took amazing photoes, was very carefull and helpfull. And also pickup is very comfortable and on time.
The only issues
- Salesman told us not to bring water and scarfs , as it was included in the price, but actually it was not included and we pay for water.
- Salesman did not notice about deposit before ride and I was surprised to know that I should leave my passport or phone in the riding area reception. But, it was safely saved anyway.
You just have to take safari tour, it’s must to do activity in Dubai.

Disappointed!! - Alright this is my review and tips about the safari tours booked from Yalla tours. We booked it through kiosk and I advice you to do a through research we were 2 families and as we wanted to do a dessert safari we booked 2 separate SUV’s. The guys picked us up from hotel in Nissan SUV.. it takes almost 50 min from JBR Hilton. The prices are negotiable as it depends on the timing of the year. The only thing which I didn’t like is at the time of dessert safari the drivers stopped to help every other car which was stuck in the sand. We booked VIP private and the driver wasted a lot of time of ours. We barely did the camel safari as when we reached to the camp it was already 8:00 pm. Buggy ride was fun. The camp was ok.. Buffet Food in VIP was HORRIBLE.. worst food ever had in whole Dubai.. tasteless and not much options. The Grilled Paneer was burnt and same for vegetables. At the time of return the driver adjusted 3 more guys in the 3 row seats without even asking us in the name of helping. I was really pissed of as we booked private 2 cars and paid almost $200 extra just for having separate SUV for 3 more persons,I would advice do through research before booking from this agency.

Fun but beware… - Before paying for the excursion we asked if you needed to bring anything with us (headscarves, water etc) or would everything be provided for us. They confirmed that everything would be provided and of course when we got there they immediately tried to charge us £40+ for two headscarves.
After standing there arguing over it we managed to get the price down. Not off to a great start.
The buggy ride itself was actually good fun and with being the only people on the tour we got some cool pictures.
They take your passport off you and make you sign that you’ll pay £10,000 if you roll the buggy (even if there’s no damage). I felt on edge the whole time I was driving and felt like I was being taken on a route that would make rolling more likely so took it easy.
When we’d finished we were told our minibus to take us back to the hotel would arrive in 5 minutes. We ended up waiting 50 minutes for it. When we asked for some water since we’d been sat waiting for ages in the sun they tried to charge us. We argued our way to some free water in the end. I was half expecting them to try and charge us for the minibus back to the hotel.
They also pressure you into making a tripadvisor/ Google review whilst you’re sat next to them.. might explain the lack of poorer reviews.
Overall it was fine in the end but just be aware of these factors
