Exhilarating desert experience - It was an amazing ride. The thrill of riding a quad bike combined with a camel experience was wonderful. Dune bashing followed by sand surfing and evening show at the end made for a complete experience. What made the whole trip successful was our amazing guide Nasir. Mr Nasir was so punctual and yet patient with the whole group. Nasir you are the best.

Desert safari tour - A wonderful experience on Quad bikes. The vehicle experience was not as expected. Quad bikes are worth experiencing. A good place to visit with family and friends. A must visit place.

A Night in the Arebian Desert 🏜 - The trip in general was okay, bet we got cheated ourtime there when the car broke down and we couldn't proceed intime to make it to the camp. We have missed some of the events. Other thing that was not clear was the event seating cost money 😒 that we aren't prepared for, and some of the animal rides cost money too. Overall, it was okay and kids loved the sand dumes...

Weird service - Contacted to book places for evening safari and they sent us a price list with different activities and according prices. We wanted to ride quad bikes and have dinner, thus booked this option. Their price list included no other info, no specifics, while booking you don't even expect that there will be any surprises. Upon our arrival it tuned out that we can ride the bikes ONLY within a marked area which is super small and flat, so you end up just riding in circles for 30 mins, and if you wanted to ride properly on dunes that costs 400 AED the cheapest (jfyi, the whole tour with dinner and 'quad bike' included costed 360 AED) which is quite ridiculous. Dinner area is also weird. You are assigned to sit at a certain table and some people sit at a proper table, while other get to sit at small uncomfortable ones, no one explains the logic behind it. Food is average. There's also a show after dinner, only the Dervish dance was worth watching.

Careful of Extra Costs - I'd done this before so I knew what to expect, pretty much. Overall, great fun! The positives : + Pick-up from hotel and drive our great, and comfortable + Dune-bashing is excellent fun, and for a decent length of time + Quad biking is great, when it's the decent version of it + Dinner is great and copious + Entertainment is great, and varied. The negatives : - We did not get our camel-ride, and it was not offered to us - Upon arrival we were told by the driver that the standard quad-bike option we'd reserved was for kids and we needed to upgrade. Well the upgrade cost the SAME as the whole package AGAIN (900AED for three). Paid, and enjoyed it, but this was us being ripped off.. - There is, of course, a certain sense that you are constantly on a tourist-trap conveyor belt, but hey...

Stay away!!!!! - They should tell customers when they cancel the trip. Waiting for over 1 hour before we started to call them. No help at all and the same guy answering the phone almost seems like he wanted to get away with it without giving money back. Stay away from this company

Terrible Communication and Planning - Did this tour April 2023 with my partner and it is a terrible tour. One of the worst organized tours we have been on in the world. - No briefing on the flow of the safari - Guide was disengaged and barely spoke to us - We did not want to do the quad biking. We had to wait 1.5 hours in a lobby while others did it. - you drive between a bunch of different locations, instead of being based at on camp - we were doing an evening sunset safari and we saw it from the car while driving on the highway, not in the desert. - they keep trying to get you to buy extras We would have preferred not seeing the desert and spending a calm evening in Dubai
