A fun and cultural experience! - I had a fun and cultural experience on my tour to the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, and Khan Khalili Bazaar. We got to all the destinations very fast thanks to the master driving of Badr. I was able to navigate through the tightest of alley ways to get to our destinations in a timely manner. Yusuf was a great guide who was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also gave me good advice on the customs of the Citadel and Churches in Egypt. I will definitely use EMO tours again. Thank you.

Knowledgeable and eloquent guide for rich ancient Egyptian history - Habiba was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and took us through the museum explaining the exhibits eloquently. We felt safe with her and the driver through the streets of Egypt and had a relaxing drive from the hotel to the museum and Citadel. Habiba was able to answer every question we asked and had such patience with us throughout the tour. I will recommend her for any tour in Egypt as her knowledge clearly stretches beyond the tour we completed with her.

Excellent tour of Citadel and Cairo - Salah was an excellent driver with a wide range of knowledge concerning the history of Egypt and was the perfect tour driver for our visit. He was pleasant and patient as welll as a safe driver. His vehicle was very clean and he was timely. Even though we booked on a short notice, he made himself available the first thing in the morning to assist us. He was honest and seemed trustworthy, I would tour with him again anytime I am in Cairo again.

Stopover in Cairo - Two days with Meena. A wonderful guide that introduced us in our first travel in Egypt. A lot of information about old Egypt, from Cairo's museum to Giza complex, trough old citadel. A tailor made tour planned to fit our few time in Cairo. Thanks so much for your time.

Cairo day tour - We had a good experience in this tour. Our guide Ranya was very informative lady. She roamed around with us tirelessly in the bazaar. Egyptian museum has no AC they just have fans at some places but the place was worth visiting.

Cairo tour - The guide was good and talkative about the details of Cairo life. The tour was missing a bit of real Cairo feeling though

Sites are great - The citadel was great and the mosque was amazing. Our guide talked too much at the museum. We had kids 9-8 and they were getting bored. Be careful with these tours they will bring you to business’ in the hopes you buy other things. Guide gets a cut of whatever you spend so they will try and get you. We didn’t go to the bazaar as stated. Guide said it was not safe and brought us to various stores owned in part by the tour company.

Excursion did not meet expectations and I would not recommend - The mosque and the Cairo Museum were great. Our guide was knowledgeable but young and acted very immature. At times he was very annoying so we decided to cut our excursion short and skipped the bazar shopping experience because we no longer wanted to be around him. I would not recommend this excursion.

Don't waste your money - Paid $140 to include everything so I didn't have to worry about any additional fees, lunch, etc...I was so looking forward to this tour. Pros: on time pick up, driver and his car very nice, guide was knowledgeable. Spent quality time at the Mosque and Citadel explaining the history. Cons: I felt like i was a hassle or like a 3rd wheel on my solo tour. Maybe it is the cultural and age differences, but I felt the tour guide was speaking down to me at times when i asked questions. I tried to have conversations about the sites, but he lectured and talked over my questions. It was very patronizing, especially when he brought up politics and US/Gaza/Israel. I was very uncomfortable. This was a tour of history and culture, not a lecture on today's politics. I tried deflecting and just went quiet. He did not want to give me a tour of the bazaar, which I read so much about. He said it was all "Chinese garbage" and I was to come back in 30 minutes while he waited at a coffee shop. I didn't want to get lost, so after up and down 2 aisles, I returned to him. We then sat at the coffee shop where he talked for about 40 minutes. No conversation really, just me saying "I understand " at his prompting. On to the museum, which again, I was so excited for. Unfortunately, he rushed me through the museum so fast! He showed me only specific pieces. I had no time to look at other pieces or even take pictures. If I slowed down to take a quick picture of something to appreciate later, I would get his glare and "hurry, come come". He rushed so fast, I can't even say what I was looking at or appreciate the beauty. He rushed me through the gift shop. I felt bad for making him be there. On to the "lunch"...I was taken to this cafeteria with other bus loads of tourists, except I was solo. The place was so crowded, noisy, and the food cold. I felt very uncomfortable. Compared to my 2 other day's tours, this one was just disappointing and not worth the $140.
