• Pyramids of Giza - Upon arrival at Cairo airport, your guide will be waiting outside the passenger area with a sign bearing your name. You’ll then be transported to Giza City in a private air-conditioned vehicle to begin your tour of the Giza Pyramids, including the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Cheops is the largest pyramid ever constructed. You’ll also get an up-close view of The Sphinx, a massive funerary complex guarded by a lion’s body with the face of King Chephren. Additionally, you’ll visit the Valley Temple, where King Chephren’s body was mummified.
• Great Sphinx - The Sphinx, the legendary guardian with a lion’s body and the head of King Chephren, stands by the vast funerary complex.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - The only fully preserved portrait of King Khufu is a three-inch-high ivory figurine found in a later-period temple ruin at Abydos in 1903. Other reliefs and statues were discovered in fragments, and many of Khufu’s buildings are lost. Information about Khufu comes from inscriptions in his necropolis at Giza and later documents, such as the Westcar Papyrus from the 13th dynasty.
• Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. Several statues of Khafre were found in the valley temple, some discovered in a well in the temple floor by Mariette in 1860, and others during later excavations by Sieglin (1909–10), Junker, and Reisner.
• Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple. The mortuary temple also contained several statues of Menkaure.
• Gizeh Plateau - The Giza Plateau is a limestone plateau in Giza, Egypt, home to the Fourth Dynasty Giza pyramid complex, which includes the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers’ village, and an industrial complex. It is the northernmost part of the 16,000-hectare Pyramid Fields in the Western Desert edge of the Nile Valley, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Memphis, and its Necropolis. The plateau is about 60 meters above sea level.

• Cairo Citadel - Next, visit The Citadel and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha, built in 1835. Lunch is included between visits at a local restaurant, with a full meal provided for each person (beverages not included).
• Khan Al-Khalili - Conclude your tour with a visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaars, renowned for their fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques, and more.
