Great buffet lunch included - This is a nice and short tour to disconnect from the routine. Just about an hour away from "downtown"...and it includes lunch. I love the views... weather can change in minutes...even when it's been a sunny morning...so always bring a light coat with you.

Crowded on Sundays! - Don't come on a Sunday! If you come on Sunday local Ticos are off and will also be there. It was packed! Only one person spoke English and she was the one selling tickets. Our tour guide spoke ok English. But not well enough to describe the process of how cheese was made or created. After about 10 minutes we asked for our money back. The location is beautiful and the kids were able to play on the playground but the tour itself was not well explained. We were the only 4 people who spoke English in our group and the Spanish speakers seemed to be having a great time learning information but when they went to explain it to us she said about 10 words. Perhaps going during the week would've been a different experience. I give 2 stars because they were able to refund us.
