The best horse riding trip in & around Alanya.. - The best horse riding trip in & around Alanya.. I have been on a few horse riding trips in Alanya and this one riding through the stream was truly amazing. I even fed tbe horse apples I took to the stable So Definitely book this one first as if you don’t I guarantee you will regret it. So go & saddle up and have a great time, i did !!

First and perfekt experience. - It was my first experience riding a horse. and it was a beautiful experience and people were very nice. I recommend with pleasure

They will try and scam you and its not safe - Communication from the provider wasn't made until late the night before the trip and no other confirmation or communication was received prior to that which was poor customer service. The person taking me to the horse riding arrived on time, his driving to the horse riding place was not safe and would be considered as very dangerous, he was exceeding speed limits by over 40-50 km/ph, driving in the middle of 2 lanes, swerving in between cars and had quite a few near misses. I arrive at the stables to be greeted with around 7/8 different horses all of which looked to be kept in poor conditions with a lack of consideration about how they should be treated. They get a large white one out for me and saddle me up onto them, and they say would you like photo taken on their camera they got quite agitated and annoyed when I was trying to make a decision and kept trying to force me into it, my first thought was the cost as some others have been charging around £25 for photos which is a bit high for photos, he responded saying its not too much to pay for good photos. So we then start to take the horse out and this horse doesn't like being taken out and starts playing up and doesn't like listening to controls, many times where the owners had to get involved because the horse wouldn't listen, but there was times where the horse was well behaved just there was very little of these. The horse ride says it last a hour and that you get to go through the stream, well it lasted for 45 minutes and didn't get to go through the stream at all which is therefore misleading as I was looking forward to that. Get back to the stables and they start showing me the photos they got, saying there's 90-100 photos when there was only 40. His first price was 5000 lira which is around £100, 4 times what everyone else was asking for photos which is extortionate, no way at all are the photos worth that, haggled him down to around £40 (2200 lira) which was still way to high but he wouldn't go lower so make sure you know about that as its misleading and extortion. The fact that he said it would be a good price and then has gone so high just shows that they are trying to rip off the tourists and make money out of them. If it was £25 (1250 lira) I would of paid for them like that Overall a very poor experience and I wouldn't do it again, the cost of the photos and the fact that he just was not upfront and lied put a very dampening end onto the experience and just makes it more disappointing at the end. Drive back to the hotel was scary with the speeds he was driving. stops off at a atm to get cash out for the photos to also find that they charge you 8% of your withdrawal so be mindful of that.
