Highlights

You will be picked up at the hotel at 9:00 am and get a short ride to the harbor. The boat leaves at 10:00 and slowly sails around the Alanya peninsula. You will see the old shipyard, the Red tower, Pirates caves, Phosphorous cave and Lovers cave. The boat will stop several times in the most beautiful bays that you can swim and snorkel in a clear warm water.

The direction of this boat is a little bit different from the others. After a tour around the peninsula the boat turns and sails in the direction to Mahmutlar. There will be a stop for fishing and swimming. Children will get lots of fun trying to catch some fish. If you wish you can just relax under the sun or shadow (on the lower deck). Then you will continue sailing and arrive to Demirtas area which is a great place for snorkeling. Equipment for fishing and snorkeling is included, so you can just take a mask and snorkel. If you are not experienced snorkeler the staff on the boat will help you to get your first snorkeling experience.

After you will have a nice lunch on the boat (rice, salad, chicken grill). All day long you can have unlimited soft drinks. After lunch is the time to sail back in the direction to Alanya. It will be one more stop for swimming before you arrive to the harbor. You will spend a great relaxing day on a nice boat which is never overcrowded with good service and helpful staffs.

be careful - when fishing in the med or other parts of the world never handle fish when you arent sure of there identity . All through the med from agadir to senegal all the way to turkey on the sandy inlets everywhere , you have the med version of the english weaver fish . In agadir /tunisia they are called bellem in turkey the sandfish either way in your foot via a painful spine when you stand on them or in your hand which is much more life threatening as it causes terrible pain , nausea , sweats vomiting, tachachardia feinting and or heart attack you need an anti venom at the hospital dont underestimate whats on your line. Talking from experience im unlucky enough to have had both foot and hand and been lucky because when these things happen you hear about the other happenings ,people being defibrilated or worse , so be safe use a substantial rag or glove to remove hooks .

This was a wonderfully relaxing day... - This was a wonderfully relaxing day on the sea. The weather was not brilliant but this was hardly the fault of the tour but would have increased my enjoyment had it been a little warmer! Unlike many tours offered from Alanya this was a boat without loud music and therefore very peaceful. The boat was not overcrowded and the crew helpful. We started by pulling into a cove for snorkelling, we had bought masks however equipment was provided. Following this stop we went out to sea and fishing equipment and bait was provided as well as useful advice for novices. Lots of people caught various fish some of which were large. These were photographed and put back into the sea. We then had another stop for more snorkelling and lunch. A simple but pleasant lunch was provided - chicken BBQ on the boat, pasta, salad and bread. Soft drinks were available throughout the day and were included in the price. After lunch there was a further fishing opportunity before heading back to the harbour. We were out for about 6 hours. The pick up and drop off from hotel was punctual and well organised. I would recommend this for a quieter day at sea with lots of fun or frustration in trying your hand at something new.

I don’t like writing bad reviews :( - Be prepared that when you are picked up from your hotel, you may be in a cramped mini van with lots of other tourists for 2 hours even though the excursion is only 20 minutes away lol. This is because the driver has no idea where is going and needs to pick people up from 10 different hotels... oh and it doesn’t reassure you that he drives whilst texting on his phone constantly. He did it so much I even got a picture! The staff on the boat try to be as helpful as possible but despite the advert stating it’s not overcrowded, it actually is, it’s a boat that takes approx 50 people, and when it says they provide you with snorkelling equipment, it’s more like a box of lost property from tourists over the years, there’s no set equipment. Food was good, they did a fresh barbecue with salad and spaghetti I don’t like writing bad reviews but I had to unfortunately

The tour was cancelled by the organizer - The tour was cancelled by the organizer late the day before and if we were to cancel then it should be no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour and they cancelled after. Now I try to find the guidelines for the refund of my payment but it is then not possible to get in touch with a human from viator or tripadvisor. Hence the bad review.

Not like the discretion - I was on the boat trip just today. First of all the hotel pickup was about an hour late. There was no probber snorkeling gear, it was more a box of kids gear and broken stuff from lost and fund. The sail trip was the exact opposite way of the explanation. And there where only one place where it was possible to snorkel and actually see the bottom. The fishing gear was there but as the snorkeling gear all fishing poles where kids size. On the same boat there where people who payed half, for a relaxing boat trip experience. And the full day boat trip was from 11-15:30 so not what I call a full day. If I have to mention something good. The service on the ship was good, and the food was better then expected. But other then that. not a trip I would recommend anyone fore this amount of money.

Pirates. - There was no snorkelling. No fishing. We were put on a pirate party ship that managed to crash into another pirate ship (fortunately no injuries or damage). We sailed around, stopped off a few times so we could swim which was good but so far from what we had ordered. We were also told that the cost for the boat we were put on was about half what we paid and the full day was about 4 hours.
