Nothing exceptional - The transfer was of average quality because not comfortable especially if you have a small child, the place is fine but nothing exceptional the show is fine but not exceptional either

Boring and overcrowded - The transfer was fine which is what you are paying for. Entry was free but overcrowded and never actually seen the show it was so busy, 3 hours to look around shops and 40 mins show at very end of the night

Absolute shambles - I was very disappointed in this trip. We were picked up on time but the bus was falling apart. The seat backs were coming off the chairs and we kept getting wet from a drip which I think was the air conditioning unit. When we arrived the driver asked to be back at the bus at 22:50, 23:00 at the latest. This was no problem as we were dropped off at 19:30. We walked into Land of Legends and it is huge! Full of shops as restaurants, lots to see and the castle is beautiful. We explored the area for about an hour and a half and decided to take our seats in front of the castle to get a good view of the show. We waited and waited and waited. We then started to panic as I had read when booking that the show was 90 minutes, we were now coming close to 22.15 and the show hadn’t started and we had a time of 23:00 to be back at the bus. The show started at 22:20 and lasted 20 minutes! Not what I expected at all! It was nice but some of the characters didn’t even know what they were supposed to be doing. It looked like it had been thrown together last minute. We then headed back to the bus a little deflated considering the amount we paid for this. We got in the bus found a seat and then started to be shouted at by a different driver saying we were in the wrong bus. Luckily another passenger had taken a photo of the licence plate showing we were on the right bus. The driver then started shouting at them saying ‘bus changed’. We were ushered onto a different bus with other people. Told to be quick. The driver didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on, kept asking other drivers what was happening then got everyone seated, one passenger was given a stool from the boot as there wasn’t enough seats, then shut the door and walked off. He stood around for 15 minutes laughing with other men, having a smoke. By this time it was nearly 23:30. We were all tired and annoyed and just wanted to get back to the hotel, knowing it was a 2 hour transfer. We finally got on our way, only to have the driver pull into a stop along the way for 10 minutes to have a chat with more drivers. After this we were back on the road, then he stopped again to get petrol!! We were at Land of Legends for 3 hours, he could have got petrol then!! We eventually got back to the hotel at about 01:30, very tired and very disappointed with the whole experience, I then found out after that the whole event at Land of Legends is free. We paid £110 for the absolute shambles of a transfer!
