Great tour fantastic waterfall - Picked up in the disco bus, lovely journey along Alanya seafront. Stops for great photo oportunities of views of Alanya, banana and advocado plantations. Visited a cave then onto the fantastic Sapadere waterfall. Following the storm last night it was in full flow. Then we lunched on Dim river. Could see would be a lively place in the summer, we ate well. Highly recomend the tour, all questions answered and Abdel and his colleague spoke good English.

Unforgettable experience! - We had a truly delightful tour. Everything was well organized — at every step, we felt well taken care of, and all details were clearly communicated. We're very pleased with the experience and grateful for the smooth and enjoyable tour. Definitely recommended!

This trip is worth buying... - This trip is worth buying its fun and the views are amazing and most important thing is it's worth the money I think the only downside would be that drinking water is not provided on very hot days but there are places to buy some drinks so it's fine. you will get a bit wet so bring a towel.

Definitely worth your money! - Very nice experience, the sapadere canyon was very nice to see and for swimming. Water is very cold! Held a water fight along the way and also passed the cave, small but interesting. Then past a fruit garden to eat fruit and eaten lunch at the end around 3 pm.

Very well organised! - We enjoyed it so much! It was fun, interesting and your team were very friendly. The whole trip was very well organised. One piece of feedback is that there was a lot of driving, because the activities were far apart, so if for example the restaurant was closer. Otherwise thank you for a great day! 🙂

23 October - Organization very satisfied, sights I expected more of. Unfortunately halfway through the trip our roof went on the bus because 1 family complained that it was too cold. As a result, I experienced a completely different experience on the return tour. Less lookout/free feeling was gone. I had closed the roof in consultation with fellow passengers.

Tour Guide Dissapointing & Unprofessional - Dear Ebru I would like inform you thatafter I had messaged you to that Kesia approached me inside the bus in front of all the other guests and embarrassed. for contacting the office. She was very unprofessional and extremely rude. She berated me for making the comments that I sent to you. Furthermore she approached the other guests and bad mouthed us to them. This is not the service or standard that I paid for. In the way to the restaurant my friend asked her a question and she was very abrupt with her, again embarrassing my friend and us as a group infront of the other guests. I will be sending feedback on Trip Advisor and I hope you take action about this. I would also like to inform you that she had her dog on board and I am very well travelled and never seen a guide bring a pet whilst they were working. She also did not bid us farewell or any kind of acknowledgement when we stepped off for the hotel. On the other hand the excision was very lovely and memorable and the driver was helpful and friendly. In a final note I would to add that we were very disappointed that we did not see a village which was advertised in the itinerary. We went to a very run down restaurant and did not look very safe as half of restaurant had collapsed. I would appreciate if you send me a message about what action you plan to take. This is is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had every right to express my disappointment of her lack of guidance and hospitality when we first met her. She was a tour guide and behaved like a passenger on a day out. She also said in her words that we had spoiled her day. The bus we travelled in was not to the acceptable standard, it was very old and shabby, the windows would not open, there was too much condensation and the seats were dirty and uncomfortable. Although the trip due the natural environment was very nice, it was marred by the issues we encountered.

- During this excursion organized by tourmania , several people, including myself, experienced severe diarrhea shortly after the trip. It was clearly caused by the food that was provided during the excursion – it was dry, tasteless, not fresh, and simply not safe to eat. Ironically, the organization was very quick to ask us for a 5-star review immediately after the trip. However, when I contacted them later about this serious health issue, they completely ignored my message. No response at all – very unprofessional. This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but instead we were left sick and disappointed. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking and to bring your own food if you do decide to go. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves food hygiene and customer service in the future
