Amazing experience - Our first day of vacation started with the "Sherlock Holmes" company, and they made our day unforgettable. No one paid me or gave me anything for this advertisement; I just can't help but share this amazing experience. First of all, I won't hesitate to say that for a full-day tour for two people including pickup, lunch, numerous activities, and visits, we only paid £53!!! For that, we not only received an invaluable experience and memories but also got a gift for the next day: they took us (and brought us back) to see the sunset at the castle completely for free, and then they took us to the Sherlock Holmes restaurant where the owner personally came to greet us, and the service was just fantastic, incredibly fun, and delicious! Everyone, both on the tour and at the restaurant, spoke English excellently (which surprised me because many people there really struggle with English). I can say I'm the most cowardly person, and I'm not at all a fan of extreme activities, but somehow this trip with jeeps won me over, and even though I was initially scared sitting with a seatbelt on, I eventually relaxed and even stood up during the ride, even in places where it was really scary! An unreal experience! For anyone going to Alanya, I highly recommend taking tours with them and visiting their restaurant. I don't even know how to describe in words what we received from them.

Service very good - my son had become ill, unfortunately we could no longer make the excursion. we were allowed to reschedule the date free of charge. service very good

Super - All very fun, the driver was phenomenal and uniquely friendly, we really had fun, highly recommended! I recommend meeting you outside the hotel 10 minutes before

Super experience - It was well organized and we saw a lot. The tour guide and the driver were super friendly. Photos will also be taken during the excursion that you can buy,l.

Could be different, could be better - The walk through the gorge / waterfalls is fun The cave is also worth NB In the description it says that the cave has to be paid €2. This should be: €6. (inflation of 200%) Furthermore, I'm not that enthusiastic about throwing each other wet with bottles of water... small children and phones don't like this either !!! We were with plm 6 cars = plm 100 men. Logistics a difficult job.... Don't want to!

Great day out but you will get wet! - This is a great day out, if some parts seem a little rushed. I am not sure why every jeep trip has to involve a water fight though. It would be so nice for some of them not to. Being able to stand up in the jeep was amazing and the driving felt very safe. Just wish for more time at various locations.

Overall okay - Good value for money. You see a lot of natural beauty and the people in charge are nice people who also try to make it a nice experience. However, in my opinion there are 3 very annoying things about the trip: firstly, they play with "water guns" along the way and in a disturbing way, you end up completely wet, whether you want to or not. Secondly, at the end of the trip you are more or less forced to pay a tip, which I found very inappropriate (better to make the prices a little higher than to annoy the guests with something like that and force them to do so). Thirdly, there is actually no guide, but more of a translator, i.e. little to nothing was said about the areas that were visited. Despite everything, it was a nice experience overall, which you can book very cheaply.

Disappointed - The organiser informed us an hour before our pick up time that our tip was cancelled as they over booked and do not have space for us. This has ruin our trip and plan for today. We need our full refund as we have plans for tomorrow and we cannot re-book as tomorrow is our last day in Alanya. Very disappointed.

RIP off - We had booked on to the all day canyon tour. Firstly our transfer from the hotel was delayed by an hour and 25 minutes, then when we arrived to our first transfer point we met our tour guide outside and he told us it would be half an hour until our next transfer would pick us up. We came back 30 minutes later and then was told we would have to either buy tickets for the cable cart or wait at the restaurant. We paid for the cable cart and then had a really rushed tour around the castle, this was a shame as the castle was beautiful but this was very rushed. We got to spend 45 mins maximum there. The cable cart and castle tour wasn’t even on our original tour that I had paid for. We then got back to the restaurant then had to wait another 20 minutes for the next transfer to take us to the canyon. The tour guide I found to be quite rude and not very helpful. The tour guide also lied, he told us originally we would be waiting half an hour for the coach to the canyon. When we retuned back the tour had been changed to cable cart, old city and canyon. In conclusion do NOT take this trip.

Never again - The firm that was supposed to collect us on Monday changed the day to Wednesday collection time at 8:00 then at 9:00 at 10:00 I contacted them and was informed st 20;45 that they would not be able to come today and would collect us in the morning ( Thursday) the day we fly back. Never again , I wonder how long it will take to return my money ☹️☹️☹️
