Breathtaking - Very safety conscious staff. Very helpful and professional. Slight delay due to it being windy at the top but fantastic once we got up there.

Amazing experience! - I had an amazing time Paragliding above beautiful Alanya! It was my first time and I was a little nervious at first, but I had a great instructor - Mert Ulu, who knew what he was doing and who made me feel very calm, took a great care of me, explained everything and I just had FUN! I felt very safe, the take off and landing were easier then I thought, thanks to Mert! I highly recommended paragliding to anyone who wants a little adrenaline! Can’t wait to do it again when I come back to Alanya next year :)

Experience 3, customers service 1. - I have never done anything like this in my life and always wanted. Surprisingly I was scared :) For the customer service I would give 1 star 😬. There was 7 of us in the car and no one from the crew explained to us where we going and what to expect. We drove to the mountains (by the way on the way we thought we going to be killed by a crazy driver 🤯, he was rushing soooo much like he needs to catch a plane🥴). When on top they haven’t told us what is going on, where we need to be and what we need to do, ZERO communication ‼️ On a positive side I can say I had a great guy *Bedo* who at least did speak English. He was chatty and relaxed. When we landed (again it wasn’t explained how to do that either 😣) he said bye and pointed out to go to the office where we needed to pay. We watched the videos and the photos with a girl in the officer, we had few giggles and chats but we wasn’t sure why this older guy is watching us like a thieves. He made us feel very uncomfortable 😬. We haven’t done the research before booking with these guys so I would suggest to check before booking who you using.

Lies and lies - Avoid! We wasted 5 hours of our day to only get a 7 minutes flying experience! There are lots of lies involved if you book this service. In my experience: we booked to be picked up from our hotel (Meridia Beach Hotel) at 8:30am. The night before pick up our rep called saying the pick up delayed to 10am, and even then the transfer van was delayed for a further 30 minutes. After driving for 40 minutes we arrived at the office (where we waited for another 55 minute) to be picked up from there to the top of the mountain, where we should fly. The excuse was they didn't have enough pilots on that day! Most importantly, we were told that the total time for flying (staying in the sky) was up to 40 minutes and a minimum of 15 minutes, depending of the weather and wind condition. And on the day we got there, our rep said that I'd be flying for a minimum of 25 minutes as the wind condition was really good. However, the total time each one of us stayed in the sky was only exactly 7 minutes, on the clock! It's all a scam, avoid!
