Kleopatra Program 🥰 - We stayed at a fantastic hotel that unfortunately had a rubbish spa, so we looked around and found this place 😄 We are so pleased we did, we had a lovely hammam, relaxed in the sauna and relaxation room, and had thai massages. All this over two hours for 60€ with champagne and fruit 🤗 The massages were fantastic and tailored to the individual. My wife and I both like thai massage, but where she had a good firm massage, as she needed, I was walked on and cracked back into shape, as I needed. We visited twice, and it was just as good the second time. We would have gone again but ran out of time. Nice men on reception, not at all pushy for you to get extra treatments. Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic spa - To begin with, the reception was very good. The manager at the reception gave a warm welcome and was pleasant and helpful. As for the massage, the staff were very skilled, pleasant and knowledgeable. We took the sultan package and it was amazing. We got to try the hammam, massage with stones and other things. All in all, definitely recommendable.

Perfect! - Very professional management. Excellent services. I had a week-long training camp in Alanya. During this week, I visited the SPA frequently. A relaxing experience after training.

You won’t be disappointed - Loved every moment, spa atmosphere was serene and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and made every effort to make you comfortable, though we spoke different languages. My husband and I were in the same rooms throughout treatments which was really nice. I would suggest that instructions on who and what to look for, when being picked up is more clarified. Such as Name of cafe, how to identify your driver, and a direct number if you have concerns. We arrived in Alanya bus ship and at port there are many drivers offering taxis. There are cafes and restaurants along port entrance. We were only told to meet at cafe and driver would pick up.

Nice experience - Really nice Hamam with everything that goes with it, as well as a good customized massage afterwards! After the Hamam, we bought 2x massages for two other days on holiday, and it was wonderful! We will definitely come again!

Nice relax in spa - We went here as 3 friends group, chose Kleopatra programm, it includes sauna, turkish bath, peeling, foam bath and massage, face mask, thai massage and champaign+ fruits. Very nice experience, friendly staff, good relax. All you need is money, your body and swimsuit :)

excellent ! - The girls are very nice. We were massaged by Dayang and Be. They adapt well according to what you need.The spa & hammam were very clean. We will definitely go back!

Don't waste your money on poor business practices - Our Cruiseship cancelled the port in Alayna so we were unable to dock and visit the spa. We've requested an exception to the cancellation policy from the spa and Viator. We were told to wait 48 hours and still no response. The thing is, we booked the night prior and so we would have been a pop up spa appointment. The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.

Dreadful Management 😂😂😂 - Girls are lovely, didn’t like the way Management entered the room to literally con us out as a Family to have further treatment done , he has a planned sentence that he says to the group, when you want to discuss with the family he will do his best to distract you … Then mention how much we pay in the UK as if this has anything to do with him 😂 If you’re planning to visit here I’d think twice horrendous Management
