Leaving our accommodation, we’ll journey for around 2 hours through the Taurus Mountains to reach Ağlasun. We’ll tour the majestic Pisidians’ city of Sagalassos, positioned at an elevation of 9000 feet, making it among the Roman empire’s loftiest grand cities. Present excavations have unveiled stunning colossal sculptures (not visible) and well-maintained structures like the public agora, fountains, theater, baths, heroon and temples. We’ll have lunch in Ağlasun village, then journey downwards to Antalya via the Karacaoren reservoir before returning to our accommodation.
