• Guests must wear appropriate cloth or surgical mouth and nose coverings. Bandannas and gaiters are not permitted.
• Please bring water and any applicable climbing gear.
• Guests have the freedom to come and go during their scheduled time without penalties for late arrival.
• Larger groups can book into the next available time slot and arrive together if there are not enough tickets for a particular time slot, in such cases, all group members should arrive promptly to be processed as one group.
• Adults accompanying a child under 10 solely to belay do not need to purchase a pass, however, they must email the gym to be manually added to the day’s schedule once a booking is confirmed on behalf of their child.

General Admission passes may be fully refunded up to 12 hours prior to reservation start time with a cancellation notification. A cancellation made less than 12 hours prior to reservation start time can be credited to a rescheduling only.
