We spent a whole day with... - We spent a whole day with Natalia and her knowledge and humor entertained us from morning until dawn. She was an expert of Puglia area and she provided many interesting points and suggestions for us of what to do during the day and rest of our vacation in the area. She booked a lovely lunch place on behalf of us and we were also able to enjoy drinks in traditional and beatiful locations. Finally, while we visited Alberobello, she introduced us to many local retailers and we were able to visit several exclusive places, including private rooftops and houses. I can most certainly recommend this service provider, Natalia and Vito, when you want to spend an exclusive and comprehensive day on a Puglia tour.

Picturesque but harrowing - Getting a true feel of Puglia was the best part. Our guide was aloof and not especially forthcoming with vital information about the areas. He seemed to deposit us at or near vendors he knew. I had to close my eyes to avoid seeing all the horrible driving of our guide, Vitto

Meh - Do not recommend this tour. We were in each city, Alberobello, ostuni and Martina Franca for no more than 20 mins. So RIDICULOUS for the price of this tour. As other reviews said the drive back was rushed and uncomfortable. The tour guide needs to understand that this is the first time most of us are seeing these places, a bit of free time to explore would be appreciated.

Leaves much to be desired - We booked this tour on a Saturday via Viator, we were 4 people in all - 2 Americans and ourselves who knew both English and Italian. Vito met us at 9.30am sharp in front of the San Nicola statue and off we went (I'm only going into these logistical details because he has this irritating habit of denying negative reviews whenever it doesn't suit him - wanna bet he'll do it on this review as well?). So far so good, trip was ok and comfortable but unfortunately from then on it went downhill. Since the booking included "tour guide services" I expected a bit more information about the three cities we visited not just a chaffeur service, but information was VERY sparse, using very poor English (poor pronunciation, poor grammar). At times he repeated the same (questionable) things, just to fill time and to give us the false impression that he's giving out a lot of information. Whenever we asked a question his replies were very telegraphic - good thing I know Italian as it was the only way to prompt him to beef up the info. Another item which featured in the booking was "Opt to stop for a traditional Puglian lunch (own expense)" - this was simply impossible - he seemed so concerned about rushing us that we barely had time to do the tastings ("tastings" sounds like a big word, but it was just some bread dipped in local olive oil in Ostuni and some wines and liquors in Alberobello, that's it), let alone having lunch. He made absolutely sure we wouldn't go beyond the allotted time, seemed unmotivated and gave me the impression that he'd rather be somewhere else, all throughout. At the end of the tour, he drove like a mad man back to Bari, overtaking cars (and almost feeling proud about his "Italian" driving), telling us stories and anecdotes about his life and kept harping till kingdom come how the "Italian" and the "Mediterranean" way of life is better than anywhere in the world (like, give me a break...).

Do not recommend - Do not recommend this tour. The car was dirty inside and out and smelled of smoke. The guide was not knowledgeable about what we were seeing.
