View red cliffs - Great view from the SUP to the red cliffs from the sea.
The staff gives a small explanation of how it works but I think it is enough. The sea was good and I ended up being able to stand up, my girlfriend fell about 5 times!
Fun staff, good location, beach with lots of space, restaurant next door.
I recommend.

Amazing! - We did this in Vilamoura. Such great fun, we were really taken care of and felt very safe. Rob and his team were amazing!

Amazing tour - This was a great experience. We paddle boarded around Benagil and Joe was a fantastic and patient instructor with local knowledge.
100% recommend even if you’ve never done it before

If your thinking of going woth this company, DON’T! - They were not helpful in the slightest, we told them it was our first time and they simply told us hold the paddle like so then dragged the paddle boards to the ocean and left us to it! They had a nonchalant attitude, the were terrible ! If ur experienced then you would be okay but if ur a novice or first time find someone else! We did lots of activities on this holiday and they were by far the worst x1000 very dangerous mentality - after

Minutes I opted out and my friends later left the experience having no idea as to what to do!
