  From Albufeira, the tour will commence, showcasing the traditional Algarvian houses. Along the way, the irrigation systems used by the ancient farmers of the Algarve, many dating back to Roman times, will be observed.
• Castle of Paderne - Visit the medieval castle of Paderne, one of the castles featured on the Portuguese national flag. This castle, from the Moorish era when the Arabs ruled the Algarve, offers a chance to appreciate the surrounding beauty.
• Moinho do Leitão - Tour the Leitao mill and its interior.
  This ancient mill has been fully restored.
• Paderne - View the village of Paderne, a traditional Algarve village. In Paderne, the church and local commerce can be explored.
• Quinta Do Goji - Visit a local producer’s farm, where the doors are open to taste regional honey and local medronho water. This fabulous farm also features some resident animals. (Visitors can purchase local regional products without obligation)
