Fantastic - Brilliant value for money. Crew were excellent, well informed, and friendly. Lovely way to spend an afternoon. Excellent way to engage the teens and get them off the screens. And we saw dolphins.

Great Time - Fantastic experience. Boat was what we hoped for and more. The crew was interactive, friendly, and great fun. A definite must with this line.

Wonderful experience! - We had a few days to enjoy the Algarve and thus we managed to explore a little more. The crew was also amazing, super careful and friendly. The boat also definitely made all the difference. I highly recommend!!

Chilled and excellent value for money - We loved this boat trip , super relaxing and chilled , the crew were good fun and informative would highly recommend this trip , great value for money and the free ‘champagne ‘ was a lovely touch.

Fun with family - It was a great experience! With all the people we were not sure how it would be. We had 10 people in our group. 6 Adults 4 children . It was perfect. The kids had a great time. Loved to see the caves and the staff were so accommodating. It definitely is a tourist experience but they did a wonderful job!

Brilliant staff on board!!! - I would highly recommend this tour it is truly stunning. The catamaran feels so safe and secure especially seeing as we are a family with 2 young girls. The staff on board are top notch they are so fun and friendly and welcoming and absolutely brilliant with our daughters especially our youngest Jessie who is autistic the guy that we called Aquaman (sorry can't remember his real name) was super with her she loved him and was so sad to leave him bless her. They have drinks and snacks on board for very reasonable prices and a free glass of bubbly at the end. The caves were gorgeous and swimming off the boat was really fun. Bengal cruise - The crew were great and very informative in regards to tbe different beaches and villages. Highly recomnended!!

Not a booze cruise but a sightseeing cruise. - Staff were nice. The trip is advertised as a fun day trip with a glass of champagne and bar to purchase additional drinks. Reality is they give you a small paper cup half filled with cheap sparkling wine as you are pulling back into the Marina after the trip. As far as the bar is concerned, the crew walks around with a basketful of barely cold canned beverages for purchase. This is far from a fun filled booze cruise but rather a sightseeing tour. Its fine for seeing the caves but don't expect much more than that.

Firstly, I must mention the check-in process, where I encountered a staff member named Carla. Unfortunately, Carla's attitude was quite rude and unprofessional. Her lack of courtesy and dismissive behavior towards guests was truly disheartening. It's important for any establishment to have friendly and helpful staff members, and Carla's behavior certainly did not meet those expectations. Another issue I encountered during the cruise was the lack of information about the no glass bottles policy. I had brought a bottle of water with me, assuming it would be allowed on board. However, I was promptly informed that glass bottles were not permitted. It would have been helpful if this policy had been clearly communicated beforehand, as it would have saved me the inconvenience of having to discard my bottle. Despite these issues, I must emphasize that the rest of the catamaran cruise was truly exceptional. The breathtaking views, the attentive crew, and the engaging activities provided a memorable experience. It's just unfortunate that Carla's behavior and the lack of information about the no glass bottles policy overshadowed an otherwise fantastic outing. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to address these issues. With a few improvements, the catamaran cruise has the potential to provide an outstanding experience for all guests.
