A great afternoon - A very entertaining boat trip, the captain was very informative and we also got to see dolphins, up close. We would 100% recommend this trip. The afternoon was made even more entertaining, thanks to a group of young French men who ended up with a sing song coming back into port. Thank you lads.

Amazing - We did this boat trip today and it was amazing, got to see some beautiful dolphins close up in the sea and our kids were amazed. We could not of asked for a nicer tour operator Bruno he was amazing at his job got our kids involved and he was on hand to answer any of our questions or queries we had. The captain was also great getting us to a great spot to see the dolphins and even let the kids sit on his chair at the end for a pic. Highly recommend this boat trip to anyone l. Thanks to all 3 of you today on that boat for making our kids and us have an amazing time xxx

Fantastic caves and lots of dolphins - A wonderful trip with many beautiful caves and a beautiful coastline. After the caves, the crew of Vires, headed by Captain Pedro, made sure we saw many dolphins. If you're in the area don't cheat yourself for this experience

Algarve- impressive view from the sea - Simply a great experience. Along the cliffs and coast. Partly into the grottos. Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins, that's how it is in nature. But we got an impression from a speedboat.

Breathtaking Experience - This boat tour was amazing. We were lucky enough first to see a large number of dolphins playing around the boat. Then we visited several of the caves along the coast between Albufeira and the Alfanzina Lighthouse. The landscape along this coast is breathtaking. The crew on the boat were informative and helpful. This was a highlight of our holiday in Algarve.

Really fun few hours - We booked through the rep at the hotel and the whole operation was really slick. We were picked up and dropped off on time with no waiting around. The boat was quite big and comfortable and wow it was fast, it really flew across the waves and I would be lying if I said it was completey a smooth ride ;) so definitely don't wear a hat! and don't go if you have a bad back! We sailed miles and miles down the coast and got to see some amazing scenery. We even went into some fantastic caves, but because the boat was quite large we couldn't go into them all or as far. There were different operators with smaller boats who could offer this. The boat anchored at one point and we even got the chance to jump into the ocean which was fun (and a little daunting at the same time!). The only disappointing thing was that we didn't get to see any dolphins, because as it was explained to us, it's not something that they can control, which is fair enough, but I'd like to know the overall success rate and wonder if it's generally positive or not? We sailed quite far from the coast for this, to a place called 'dolphin watch' which you can find on google maps. All in all we had a great late afternoon and I definitely recommend getting on a boat and sailing up and down the cost and visiting the caves.

Bof - How to say it tells us to be there 40 minutes before I’m not what it’s for we can’t check in before talking about the dolphins we stealthily saw them the cave and beautiful but unfortunately we can’t so swim as it is written on the site a swim of 5 minutes and still I’m wide but in another place on the site we are asked to make a choice for the language it speaks very little French we understood nothing and to close everything they pass a box to put money in but here joke we already paid 175€ shame to you

Did not consider family situation. - We paid 171 Euro through TUI for this trip. 90 minutes before the trip, our son got a migraine and we tried to reschedule. We contacted TUI who made several attempts to contact the boat operator. After getting no response for an hour, I went to the boat company stand in the Marina and told them the story of the sick child. They said that to cancel, TUI would have to ring them so we asked TUI to do this but still no joy. They offered us a chance to split the family and for two of us to go at the scheduled time and then reschedule for the other two but we were not going split the family on a family holiday. We spend the next two days trying to reschedule via TUI but the boat company came back and said that we would need a sick cert for our child to prove he had a migraine. We paid 171 Euro and got no trip. This seems very unfair from a customer point of view. This review is not about the trip itself but how we were treated by the company. There are other companies in the area that offer the same trip and we rebooked with them for a lot less.
