We loved our ride! - We took a balloon ride a couple of mornings after the international Balloon Fiesta. It was so much fun! The ride was incredibly smooth, and the views were gorgeous! When I booked the ride for my husband and I, I didn't know if I would be able to do the ride without being too anxious. I wasn't scared at all when we were in the balloon! We both loved it!

Amazing bucket list experience - Had an amazing time!! Even as a person who is afraid of heights, it was so fun and not a bit scary. Our pilot Alfred and the crew were awesome!

The pilot was incredible, making the flight feel so smooth and effortless—you hardly realize you’re soaring. The sunrise view, with golden light spilling over the river, was truly magical, filling the sky with vibrant colors that took our breath away. And the perfect touch? Mimosas after landing! Best possible ride! - This trip was absolutely fantastic. It was so much fun to learn how it all works. We had the most experienced pilot. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe. As we were working our way down we were overhead of people saying good morning to us! It was so peaceful and quiet. Could not be better! I recommend it to everyone I know and greet!

Awesome experience - Amazing balloon ride at Albuquerque Balloon Festival with Rainbow Ryders/Sundance Balloons. Our pilot Phillipe was informative, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as he guided the balloon up and around Fiesta Park so that we could have great views of the balloons taking off, floating near us and landing nearby. It was amazing how quiet and peaceful it was except when he needed to fire the propane. It was a fantastic, exhilarating and beautiful experience. Bucket list checked!

Experience of a lifetime! - What an amazing experience! So glad I did it! Another bucket list item checked off. Alfred was our pilot. He is super competent and very informative. Such a great perspective of Albuquerque! Great views of the Rio Grande! I highly recommend it!

Serene, Peaceful Stress Free Enjoyment - My wife and I have always wanted to do a hot air balloon ride. We were passing through Albuquerque and called up Rainbow Ryders. They got us on a balloon the next morning! Alfred was our pilot. He has flown over 7000 flights. A master. The entire experience was serene. Not stressful at all! I definitely recommend rainbow riders. A professional company all the way. We are going to do this again with friends! Highly recommended.

I’d never ever use them again. - So first let me say I am from NC. I’ve never been more proud to be from NC. Anyone that has seen the news knows that it was North Carolina that was hit hardest, by far, by hurricane Helene. I had my cross country trip schedule for well over a yr so I still had to leave right after Helene had hit. Now fast forward to Rainbow Ryders. We had Kris Braden as our pilot. He truly only talked and interacted with a few people which was fine with me. He did his job in that he got us safely up and safely back. I will say the balloon chase crews were very nice and kind and they actually work very hard. We landed in a highway and they were there to guide us to the parking lot and then they put the balloon up. I did find out they split tips with the pilot and I was glad. Now my issue was had up in the air. The pilot was talking about Interstate 40 going coast to coast. Then there was laughter about except if you live in North Carolina. Then a couple said their sons live in Brevard and TN as hit harder NC wasn’t hit that bad! I was livid! There are still people buried under the mud from the 1200 landslides. Over 100,000 homes were damaged and some towns were basically wiped off the map! So far they are estimating that NC damages are OVER 53 Billion in damages! The laughter and smokiness about something so deadly and devastating RUINED the trip for me. I still tipped what I had initially planned and I still bought a shirt. I do believe if the snide couple hadn’t made any comments there wouldn’t have been much more said. But what if I had lost my spouse or my kids or parents in that. That was totally classless. Furthermore it was not true! They stated TN was hit worse. In my town which is near the others we have a mobile hospital set up. But the jerks on the trip said it wasnt that bad. I watched as elderly people were flown in day after day to be transferred to our local nursing homes. We have deployed our workers up there as has everyone I know back home. I sent truck loads of stuff before I left to help in Newland NC. Luke Combs and Eric church just did a concert that raised 84 MILLION to help in the Western North Carolina Mountains. That pilot should have shut that conversation down and should have never mentioned 40 being damaged and laughing about Nc. Shame on ALL OF THEM! And thanks for ruining my trip!
