Highly recommended - I had such a fun on this amazing boat, weather was perfect, you have a pizza and drink from your choice for free and the only bad thing about this trip is that its too short :(

The communication and customer service 100% - From the start of booking customer service has been amazing. From communication about boat for original booking being unavailable due to mechanical brakedown. Then changed to another boat trip , but unfortunately my sister-in-law hurt her leg at home before arrival. Which meant we needed to cancel I was expecting no refund but been advised will get a full refund 🤙👍

Good entry level boat trip - Obviously the boat was busy, but we didn’t feel it was overcrowded. Managed to get seats upstairs no problem at Port d’Alcudia. I’d have liked to have stayed longer at the beach and I’d like there not to have been so many people standing around the steps blocking the view for everyone else. Overall a good trip for the price.

I’m a fan of Mallorca - Loved Mallorca- beautiful weather - Tranquil setting- Big for cyclists, they love the terrain. Ride all day & drink beer at night 😅 (not everyone). Lots of rich cultural heritage. Great shopping in Alcudia on Sundays. The busses run but I’m not sure they know what a schedule is. It’s nice that you can pay cash or card on the buses. You can also buy a metro card which is the most economical. Beautiful beaches in Pollenta. If you want to rent a car , please secure your International Drivers License prior to arrival. It is more economical to rent a car! The aero port is easy to navigate!

Long boat trip to beautiful but excessively crowded beach. - It was OK. Formentor Beach was lovely but SO crowded. The crew were good and there was an informative commentary in English & Spanish. I think the trip would be better if there was longer at the beach or a shorter boat trip. Viator gave the wrong time of departure (15 minutes early) and I discovered that I could have picked up the boat at the Alcudia beach, rather than the port (which would have saved me a bus journey). I love boat trips but this was a we bit too long and not very interesting.

Over crowded boat. - We got on the boat in Alcudia port, which we didnt realise was the final pickup location. The boat had already made 3 or 4 stops along the beach collecting people before it got to us. By the time we boarded the boat, it was already crowded with no sitting, or standing, room on the top deck. There were barely any seats available on the bottom deck either, certainly not enough for my family of 5 to sit together. So the first 1.5 hours of the boat trip was spent standing downstairs, which wasn't great. After stopping on the beach, we boarded the boat early to get seats upstairs for our journey back, which was pleasant. Over all, I just felt the boat was over crowded. The trip would've been much nicer with 30 or so less people on board.

Does not really worth the money and time - Does not really worth the money and time ... it's just navigation (3 hours) and 1 good hour stop at a nice beach. During the trip nothing happens , you don't get close to the rocks and nobody is telling you anythjng on the mic : I.e. stories about the light houses or whatever about that part of coast. On the way back half of the passenger was just bored and sleeping . Was really expecting something more ....
